"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hue Hotels and Resorts Puerto Princesa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a modern and stylish design that creates a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was excellent - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bunk beds were a fantastic addition, especially for families, and the main bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the famous Robinsons Shopping Mall is just next door, making everything very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The child playroom and gym facilities were also well-equipped and enjoyable. We also tried the in-house massage spa, which was a very relaxing and satisfying experience."

"An absolute paradise for families! We had an amazing stay at Astoria Palawan. The highlight for the kids (and adults!) was definitely the Palawan Waterpark, which kept everyone entertained for hours. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the beach view is stunning. Special shoutout to the staff who were incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with warm smiles. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Puerto Princesa!"

"While hotel horror stories of rude staff and poor hygiene are all too common, my experience here was the exact opposite—a masterclass in integrity. I stayed for two days before heading to El Nido. While en route to my next destination, I received a call from the receptionist informing me that I’d left an envelope of cash in the room vault. She assured me it would be sealed and kept safe until my return. Upon my arrival back, the envelope was returned to me exactly as left. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessa Olam, whose honesty and professionalism truly saved my trip. To top it off, the hotel kindly provided a complimentary airport transfer as a final gesture of hospitality. As for the stay, the rooms were spotlessly clean with excellent water pressure in the showers. There was a lovely pool area perfect for a quick dip and relaxing with drinks from the on-site restaurant. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient—just 2 minutes from the airport and 4 minutes from the local dining and nightlife hub. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"The Hotel is beautifully located. Just like in the pictures it’s right in front of the ocean and counts with a lot of cool amenities such as books to lend, massage as well as a restaurant. The garden is kept excellent and has hammocks on which you can relax/watch the sunset. The same are that offers the books to buy/lend counts with different board games. The hotel rooms are very clean and equipped with both AC and fan. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful I(I lost my Flipflops and one of the staff members lend me hers). Additionally, they offer/help to book tuktuks, boat tours, etc…."

"The service and amenities are superb. The personels were very polite and accommodating. They gave us a very quiet room which is located on the 6th floor right on the roof deck. The food is good, breakfast is served in buffet which we really enjoy. It was such a memorable stay and we will definitely come back here."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They were available via WhatsApp 24/7 which made everything so convenient. Pau and Elize at the front desk assisted us with organising tricycles, renting scooters, booking massages, and answering any questions we had at any time of day. The room itself was always clean and tidy with a great view and bottled water provided. The location couldn’t have been better, it’s about a 3-5 minute walk to the town centre which was very convenient for making the most of our short time in El Nido. Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional service — we will definitely be back!"

"I was incredibly lucky with this hotel room booking. I stumbled upon it on Trip.com while zooming in on the map showing different hotels and their prices. Originally, the room was around 1600 rubles, but with my discount and bonus points, the final booking price came down to 614 rubles. Meanwhile, other hotels were charging around 1500 rubles for rooms that were only 8 square meters. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the airport and a 22-minute walk from the promenade (pier), though there's no beach here. There are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, markets, and a McDonald's nearby. I specifically chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and a large shopping center (a 10-minute walk from the hotel) to exchange pesos for dollars. Unfortunately, you can only exchange for dollars at the airport; shopping centers and currency exchange booths only convert dollars to pesos. I couldn't find any exchange offices in El Nido and didn't have time to visit banks. On Coron Island (where the exchange rates were very favorable, and I exchanged a lot) and Cebu Island, they're everywhere. The room was clean and spacious, with fresh linen. It came with toiletries (shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, body conditioner, liquid soap, toothpaste and brush, cotton swabs, comb), a kettle, water, and hangers. The water pressure in the shower was decent (not strong), and the drainage was good. No insects running around in the room. The towel was good; it absorbed all the water from my hair effectively (I once had a bad experience in another hotel where the towel didn't absorb water from my hair at all and barely dried my body). The air conditioning was quiet, cooled well, and had many settings. There were two mirrors, which was very convenient as I didn't have to rush to the bathroom mirror. The staff was friendly. I arrived at 11 AM, and check-in was supposed to be after 2 PM. They told me the room wasn't ready yet but that they would check me in before 2 PM once it was. While I waited in the hotel lobby, cooling off, they had me checked into this lovely room within an hour. There was a beautiful sunset by the promenade, but I left early because it started raining, and then a rainbow appeared."
