The entire staff including those working nonstop to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the entire resort deserve more than 5 stars. Any chance the staff had a moment, they cleaned our room at least twice a day. They knew when we were out and about so they surprised us nicely with a clean room each time. The 24/7 service via whatsapp is extremely amazing ! Even at 3am, I sent a message for milk and they got us milk right away !!! You ask anything and everything through the whatsapp and service is at your disposition. The welcoming and the farewell music was so special to us too. What beautiful people. I can keep going on and on about everything in this resort from the activities, to the tours, to the amenities, to the servicial kindness of everyone. It made our family Trip truly magical.

Very friendly staff, committed to give the best service to their guests. We intentionally booked Nacpan as a location (instead of El Nido center) to have a more relaxed atmosphere. Totally happy to stay at Nacpan Beach Villa as one resort of equal review a step further north had blaring music the whole day. The facilities are clean and modern, the amenities good, the equipment easy to handle. The beach is clean(!), no garbage, no plastic(!) - please keep it that way. Really incomparably clean, meaning: even if you dig with your feet in the seabed, no junk comes up (Nusa Dua - best beach in Bali - did not pass this test).

This place is truly a little corner of paradise. It’s almost impossible to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay and how special this place is. The owners — an Englishman and a Filipina — are the perfect mix of warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail. They genuinely go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and are happy to accommodate almost any request, always in such a natural and unobtrusive way. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The air conditioning is quiet, the mattresses and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and everything you might need is provided — right down to shower gel and a toothbrush. The hotel is still relatively new and everything is in excellent condition. There are free SUP boards for guests, and you can also rent a scooter from the hotel if you feel like exploring El Nido for the day. And then there’s the food… that deserves a review of its own! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic. You can order fresh seafood, or even buy it yourself and have the team prepare it for you. My husband loves grilling, so we arranged to get some meat and had our own little BBQ evening. One of the staff members was genuinely excited to help and learn how it’s done — such a small moment, but incredibly warm and touching. My husband also wanted to go fishing, and the local fishermen were happy to take him along. Unfortunately, we simply didn’t have enough time during our stay, but knowing that such experiences were so easily arranged made the place feel even more special. That’s the beauty of a small boutique hotel like this. Unlike huge resorts, they can actually respond to the individual wishes of their guests and make you feel personally cared for. At the same time, there is absolutely no pressure to socialize. Everything is beautifully balanced: if you want to chat, there’s always someone happy to talk to; if you want privacy, you’ll have complete peace and seclusion. It truly feels like your own little paradise. If we ever return to El Nido, we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful owners and the whole team for such a memorable stay. Absolute Paradise I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special. One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical. The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. A special shout-out to Jacqklyn at The Dome for her wonderful evening service and making our nights out special, and to Mark at the Habitat Restaurant for his attentive care during our meals. We are also incredibly grateful to the team who safely took us to the sandbar—your professionalism was reassuring. Finally, a massive thank you to Agustin at the waterpark for his energy and helpfulness; he made the waterpark experience so much fun for us no. Clean, spacious beds and super friendly staff at Spin Designer Hostel El Nido. Near town proper so walking around at night is easy + safe. Free breakfast with lots of options. Only small note: the drier area was a bit confusing at first. Great value and would come back!

Zuri Resort is truly one of the best places to stay in Coron! The hotel facilities are great. There are multiple pools - infinity pool, jacuzzi and a pool bar also. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Staffs are also friendly, professional and accommodating. Food is also great - there is a wide variety in their buffet breakfast. Ala carte orders in their resto and bars are also great! The hotel is one of the few located near the bay area which gives you a good view of the sea and the Coron islands. It is just not walkable from the main town, but you can take a tricycle going to the town. They are parked outside the hotel, or you can ask the hotel staff to get one for you. Overall, a great experience. Will indeed remoccomend this to my friends and will surely come back to this hotel!

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

The hotel is excellent. It has the best beach in El Nido. One thing to note is that all establishments close at 10 PM. If you arrive later, you won't be able to get anything to eat or drink. Shops in the area are also closed. You can take a 15-minute scooter ride to El Nido town center, where everything is open 24/7. I really liked the quiet and peaceful location.

I was honestly a bit disappointed with this resort. When you see the word “resort” and pay resort prices, you expect a certain standard. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that. The bed only had a thin sheet with no proper bedding, there was no water provided in the room, and parts of the property felt quite run down with visible rust. The bathroom, especially the shower area, could really use a deep clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. There were four different WiFi networks, but none of them worked properly and the connection was very slow. The staff did warn me about this in advance. That being said, the staff were absolutely amazing. Reception went above and beyond by helping with my large bags, doing my laundry, organizing tours and transport, and assisting with everything I needed. Truly a chef’s kiss to the team. They were the highlight of my stay. With some upgrades and better maintenance, this place could match the price they’re charging. Right now, it’s the staff that make the experience worthwhile.

We traveled as a family of four and booked two rooms—one twin-sharing and one queen double. Both rooms were in good condition, clean, and comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Daily housekeeping is available upon request, which was convenient. Before our trip, I was a bit hesitant after reading some negative reviews mentioning repetitive breakfast options and the absence of hairdryers. However, it seems the hotel has addressed these concerns. Each room now comes with a brand-new hairdryer (ours was still in the box), and we were pleasantly surprised that the breakfast offerings were varied and different each day. The hotel’s location in Coron town is another big plus, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to Coron.
