"We booked for 4 rooms, we had a very unpleasant experience during check-in. One elderly male staff member was unable to locate our booking, even though I presented our booking vouchers several times. We had booked two double rooms (as only two were available) and two additional twin rooms. However, instead of assisting us professionally, he questioned my sister about why we did not book all rooms at once, which was inappropriate and unnecessary. Additionally, we paid in USD currency, and he insisted that we should pay in THB. We do not have a Thai credit card, and USD is generally accepted for exchange in many countries, we love Thailand and always traveled to Thailand for several times, but. The situation became quite uncomfortable. The entire check-in process took approximately 25–30 minutes before he was finally able to confirm our reservation. After a long journey, this delay and the manner in which it was handled were very disappointing. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and provide additional training to ensure future guests do not experience similar issues."

"The location of this hotel is fantastic, especially with the charming Rabbit Cafe right on-site and EV Charging is a plus. The swimming pool area is incredibly relaxing and surrounded by lush greenery—a true urban oasis. I was also impressed by the room size; it was very spacious and featured one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! While the staff were generally very polite and helpful, I was surprised to find no toothbrush set in the room upon arrival. Unfortunately, it took over 15 minutes for one to be delivered late at night. Despite this small delay, the overall quality was excellent, and I will definitely be back!"

"The location of the hotel is central in Khao Yai, and easy to visit the attractions. Need to hire a private transfer as Grab/Bolt is not reliable in this area. Room was large and comfortable with 2 queen size beds, and facing the hill. Minibar was free with water refills. However, some of the towels are worn out, but fortunately it was changed daily. Breakfast was very good with many choices. We had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant which was really delicious. Staff were very friendly and there was a buggy service to send us to the entrance of the hotel security so we don't have to walk far to visit the restaurants across the road."
