Guest UserAbsolutely impressed! The staff provided excellent service, taking great care of us without even having to ask. There were tons of activities available, all free: cycling, yoga, pickleball, swimming, and an ice bath. The tennis court was beautiful; it cost extra, but was totally worth it. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the coffee was delicious. The hotel itself is stunning with lots of greenery and plenty of photo opportunities. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

Guest UserI recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable.
During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day.
I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after.
My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning.
Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

Guest UserThe hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool.
The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand.
However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby.
And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache.
The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩
My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

We stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly.

Ftan09The location of the hotel is central in Khao Yai, and easy to visit the attractions. Need to hire a private transfer as Grab/Bolt is not reliable in this area. Room was large and comfortable with 2 queen size beds, and facing the hill. Minibar was free with water refills. However, some of the towels are worn out, but fortunately it was changed daily. Breakfast was very good with many choices. We had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant which was really delicious. Staff were very friendly and there was a buggy service to send us to the entrance of the hotel security so we don't have to walk far to visit the restaurants across the road.

Alyssa119028Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.

Giving 5 stars across the board for Roukh Kiri Khao Yai! First off, the room was incredibly clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The location is great, convenient for getting around yet still feeling peaceful. As for the service, I was impressed right from check-in. The food was delicious and really hit the spot. It was definitely worth it for a relaxing getaway.

Pros:
The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day.
The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!
The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.
Cons:
I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected.
There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel.
Neutral Note:
There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware.

It’s old hotel but still good to stay and we get big room compare to bkk hotel room. Didn’t get chance to room around hotel compound as daily outing. Breakfast is not bad and variety of food available.
Though weather is cold , we did go down swimming pools with kids on first day arrival.
If you are photographer, can take star trail from balcony .
We get 3 rooms at second floor same corner. We like this hotel among 3 hotels we stayed at Thailand.
