Guest UserI recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable.
During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day.
I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after.
My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning.
Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

Guest UserThe hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool.
The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand.
However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby.
And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache.
The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩
My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

We stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly.

Overall Atmosphere and Design
This time, I visited Khao Yai, known as the 'Little Europe' of Thailand, and stayed at Hotel MYS Khao Yai. The entire experience was truly amazing! The hotel features a pure white, minimalist modern architectural design, surrounded by lush greenery and mountains. Since it only accommodates guests aged 13 and above, the environment is exceptionally quiet and private, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Must-See Photo Spot and Room Experience
The most unforgettable feature is definitely the iconic 'three-story high suspended transparent swimming pool'! Swimming in the air while overlooking the ground and distant mountain views offers a spectacular visual experience and creates beautiful photo opportunities. The in-room facilities are also meticulously chosen; the bed is so soft and comfortable you won't want to get up, and the bath amenities are high-quality L'Occitane products. Plus, all drinks and snacks in the mini-bar are complimentary, showing the hotel's thoughtful attention to detail.
Dining and Service
The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. Breakfast is exquisite, with high-quality and delicious dishes. Whether you're enjoying the unparalleled Khao Yai night view from your private terrace or relaxing in a bath amidst the sounds of nature, Hotel MYS delivers an almost perfect experience. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking a high-quality, rejuvenating getaway!

Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.

พาใจไปเที่ยวThe hotel is situated within the Movenpick complex. The grounds are incredibly vast, featuring multiple zones and amenities, perfect for leisurely walks and enjoying the scenery. Our room was spacious and fully equipped. There's also a swimming pool for guests to use. While the room itself was well soundproofed and quiet, loud music was unfortunately broadcast over the PA system quite early in the morning. We experienced two power outages during our stay, which was understandable as it was the rainy season. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, and the dining area boasted beautiful views and a pleasant atmosphere. For those who enjoy morning exercise, the resort grounds are ideal for jogging.

Giving 5 stars across the board for Roukh Kiri Khao Yai! First off, the room was incredibly clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The location is great, convenient for getting around yet still feeling peaceful. As for the service, I was impressed right from check-in. The food was delicious and really hit the spot. It was definitely worth it for a relaxing getaway.

Purple PonyI can't think of anything to complain about. Everything was perfect for relaxation, privacy, cleanliness, and the attentiveness of all the staff. I received all of these throughout my three-night stay. It was the best stay I've ever had.

Pros:
The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day.
The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!
The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.
Cons:
I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected.
There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel.
Neutral Note:
There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware.

Guest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at The Piano Resort, and it was a truly delightful experience. The property has undergone a recent renovation, resulting in a modern and inviting atmosphere. The accommodations were beautifully appointed and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind.
The highlight of my stay was the stunning scenery during the rainy season. The combination of fog and humidity created a magical ambiance, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The large swimming pool was a welcome addition, offering a refreshing escape on hot days.
For those who need to stay productive while traveling, the on-site cafe was a convenient and comfortable place to work. Overall, The Piano Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
