Viewpoint Khaoyai Hotel

The room was good. But we have to change the room we booked before because the hotel had the group's visitors who stays in the same floor with my previous room. Then the staff suggested us to change the room which is more private and bigger and paid extra for 2，000.- baths

We had a really good experience in viewpoint. Staff were very attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was reasonably good. Location is very convenient as well with many amenities around within walking distance. Last but not least, the views and the surroundings were beautiful.

One of the best hotel that really provides excellent hospitality, very clean rooms and all the staff was very polite. I wrote the special request to the property and when i arrived they prepared already all the things. Thank you Viewpoint Khaoyai Hotel you really deserve 5 stars hotel 👍🏻

The hotel’s facilities and rooms are good, although the hallway floors are not suitable for the amount of foot traffic. They are tiled floors that make far too much noise when guests drag their suitcases along them. The worst part, without a doubt, is the breakfast. There is very little variety for the level of quality the hotel aims to offer (and considering the price), and above all, there is very little attention paid to the dishes. The food on the buffet is left to cool down on the tables and is not replaced with freshly cooked food. There were even sandwiches with mayonnaise left at room temperature. The fruit, yogurts, etc. are not kept fresh. In short, poor value for money.
