Location: The hotel's location is quite central; a supermarket and convenience store are less than a 5-minute drive away. Ambiance: The hotel has a British theme, with each building named after a British place. There's a lot of greenery around, making for a pleasant walk along the pathways. Facilities: Many facilities are free to use – swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball, bicycles, and morning yoga. Dining: The breakfast selection isn't extensive, just average, and the taste is decent. However, there's a wider variety of beverage options. Service: Every staff member at this hotel is very friendly, and the service is exceptionally attentive. Areas for Improvement: The toilet flush in the room is very weak. Also, as the hotel is a bit older, the rooms lack a central power switch and USB outlets. Overall, the stay was excellent, offering great value for money, and is highly recommended!

The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. For breakfast, there's a set menu with a few options. I'd suggest combining all four sets into one menu and letting guests choose their preferred items. This would better cater to individual preferences, as there are some things in the current sets that I don't like, and some things I'd like more of but aren't available.

The accommodation has a good atmosphere. We went during the rainy season with my boyfriend. The atmosphere is very good. The room has breakfast for a picnic. Personally, booking with the hotel is 1,000 baht cheaper than booking with Trip. There is a choice of dinner as a set of grilled pork for 600 baht. You can inform us before staying or before 4 pm. Overall, I was impressed. I recommend that the rainy and cold seasons here should be romantic.

Another luxury pool villa around Khao Yai area. It is located on highway, just 12km from Khao Yai National Park checkpoint. It is private and exclusive resort. Great for guests who want to have slow life and relax during their stay. Usually it is quiet on weekdays. Dinner is also available for guests with reasonable price. Breakfast is included. Staffs are attentive and friendly. One note - 4,000 THB cash deposit is required. Not by credit/debit card guarantee.

Location ok. But outside Bar quite noisy . Don’t recommend for light sleepers. Breakfast not so much options but whatever they serve it’s yummy. No iron and ironing board provided. We requested but staff said they don’t have. No laundry service also. Good for one night stay I don’t think suitable for long stay period

This is a fantastic place to stay! I've visited Khao Yai many times, and this is the best I've found. I'll definitely be staying here again from now on. The staff provides excellent service, the restaurant is spacious with a great ambiance, and the outdoor landscape is stunning. The rooms are incredibly spacious, come with a work desk, and are very clean.

The location is close to highway, and nice to drive in. Air conditioner is also equipped to each room. My kids were afraid to sleep in tents before arriving this place, but my kids loved to stay this place’s tent. I really recommend to stay in this place.

The location of the hotel is on the hillside. There are spacious places, good weather, places within the hotel that can be visited in many areas. There is a beautiful flower garden, church, photo gallery, project area for those who are interested. Breakfast has a lot to eat. A variety of styles, clean rooms, facilities with shuttle buses, swimming pools, bicycles, fitness rooms are safe. Including service staff willingly Facilitate your vacation....

It was great to be surrounded by nature. The staff welcomed us warmly. There was a campfire where we roasted marshmallows. Our room didn't have a bathroom, so the showers and toilets were shared, but they were kept very clean. Toothbrushes were not provided, so I recommend bringing ones from home. It was difficult to find a car on the way back, so I don't recommend using Grab as a means of transportation.

The staffs are good and have service mind. But I would like to criticize the location. We slept in Building 1, 3rd floor. The wardrobe was in the bathroom, so it was not very convenient. There were no robes, only two large towels. There was no hair towel, and no toothbrush/toothpaste. This is acceptable. However, the shower was not good at all. It was broken. The water flow was rather weak. Sometimes it flowed, sometimes it did not. The water was not warm. There were only two pillows. Four pillows would be okay because the pillows were soft and flat. Sleeping on one was not very comfortable. I usually sleep in big hotels, which usually have four pillows. The room should be soundproof because guests with children walking in the corridor can hear the noise, but once they enter the room, it is quiet. They can't hear it anymore. The room is okay. Breakfast is good. There is welcome fruit in the refrigerator.
