We really enjoyed our stay at Thames Valley Khao Yai. The property is absolutely beautiful, with charming English-style gardens and architecture that made us feel like we were somewhere in the English countryside rather than Thailand. Surrounded by mountains, lush greenery, and small canals running throughout the property, the whole atmosphere feels peaceful, romantic, and almost magical.
Our room was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the quality of the amenities, bed linens, pillows, and mattress — everything felt luxurious and made for a wonderful night’s sleep.
The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of choices and plenty to enjoy. This was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The swimming pool is a little small, but it is beautiful and very well maintained. The gym is also quite small and basic, so I would say it is just okay, but it was adequate for a short workout.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The beautiful gardens, canals, mountain surroundings, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and charming English countryside atmosphere made our stay very memorable. It truly felt like a little escape from Thailand without ever leaving the country. We would happily stay here again.
