Amazing
HhaychooGood hotel in a central location to the main attractions in Khao Yai. It's not a big hotel but it has a nice pool. Breakfast was decent and the service was good.
Rooms were spacious and the twin room has 2 queen beds instead single beds. The room has a balcony and I booked the one with the Mountain View. Not wrong, but right below, next to the property was just a messy field. Might be better to book the room with the pool view.
AAlyssa119028Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.
MMeloooodyHad a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!
VVincent LayeOnly stayed a few nights, room was nice, but didn't have a smart TV which for the price of a room was surprising, although I was told there about 50%through changing them and you can ask for a digital box on reception if your room doesn't have one .steam room was out of service, gym was fully equipped and pool was OK,chlorine not salt water so take some goggles if your going to swim .
Food for breakfast was excellent staff were all very polite, and accommodating, surrounding area is ok everything you could need nearby.all in all nice few days
AAnonymous UserI've always loved mountain vacations and have been looking for good, upscale ones. The usual price is around 3,000 RMB after tax, and 5,000-6,000 RMB during holidays. This place perfectly suits my taste; the food and service are both good, and the environment is really nice. However, there are an overwhelming number of insects—all kinds of bugs. There were even some in the swimming pool, and the ants were huge. There were also some in the room at night. My suggestion is that for a room at this price point, the bath towels should be replaced. They were all very old. Although we brought our own disposable ones, hotels at this price point should pay more attention to details.
Eevelyn_pieWe had a lovely stay at Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai. The resort was very clean, well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome.
The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing with family, although it’s a bit far from main attractions. Overall, a great resort for families looking for comfort, good service, and a calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
GGuest UserThe camper-style accommodation was convenient and comfortable. However, I’d suggest improving the cleanliness of the bedding, as I got a skin rash. When we returned at night after dinner, the security guard was in a deep sleep — it took quite a while to wake him up.
เเป๋าเป๋าเที่ยวโลกThe atmosphere was wonderful, very quiet, and the staff were lovely. However, the room wasn't very soundproof and was quite old, but the ambiance definitely gets a 100 from me. The atmosphere was truly great.
DDACHIt’s nice to the overall layout of the hotel in individual domes shape which is impressive architectural despite that it was built in 1999.
Might look old but it’s well maintained and service was good even during the low season period.
Overall was a short and enjoyable night in this place.
