"The staff provided excellent service across all departments. The restaurant was a bit small, with limited air-conditioned seating, requiring us to sit outdoors. Our room featured a bathtub, but the hot water temperature couldn't be adjusted, and the tap was broken (the spindle was snapped). The room design was lovely, and the view was beautiful. A golf cart service was available for transport. We could also stroll around the Movenpick property. There's a mini-zoo on site. The swimming pool was quite deep and clean, though pool towels were somewhat scarce. The room was well soundproofed, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it offered good value for the 3,000 THB price on a Saturday."

AAnonymous UserA beautifully designed hotel with a unique train-inspired theme. The overall atmosphere is charming and thoughtfully done, although some rooms may not look as vibrant or polished as the photos shown online. We requested to change rooms once, and the staff handled everything very professionally.
The staff here truly stand out — they are extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help at all times. Their service made the stay feel warm and welcoming.
The food was generally well prepared. Some dishes suited our taste while some not, but the staff were very caring and attentive, even checking in when they noticed we weren’t eating much, concerned that the food might not be to our liking.
Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the whole day enjoying the property without needing to go anywhere else.

GGuest UserI booked three rooms for myself and my guests. The rooms are nice, but there are cockroaches and ants because there are many trees. However, the rooms are pleasant. The receptionist in the morning is great, and the restaurants are good but need more variety. A hotel like this should have a 7-Eleven outside. The evening reception staff are unprofessional. They parked a van with the hotel's name on it in the middle of the road, the driver got out, and blocked the road. I got out to ask them to park in a designated area, but they didn't like what I said. It was really bad. I hope the management will do something about it or at least warn them. April 28th, approximately 10:30 PM

GGuest UserOverall, it's pretty good, but if you look closely, you'll notice some cleanliness issues:
- In the bathroom, the toilet, faucet, and mirror still have water stains.
- The fitness center is small and lacks rubber flooring for shock absorption, though I understand this as it's rarely used. You have to be extremely careful.
- There are dust spots in the corners of the room.
- The only highlight, the saltwater + heated pool, was cloudy on the day I visited, and there were algae stains on some parts of the grout.
- The game arcade is good, with games for kids to play, plus a pool table.
- The staff are friendly.

AAlyssa119028Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.
