"Room amenities: Very complete. I could heat up my takeout in the microwave, and there was a large double-door fridge. The sofa and bedding were clean and comfortable, with a modern decor. The room felt new and very clean. Room cleanliness: Very clean, especially the mouthwash cups which felt high-quality. The disposable toiletries were all well-stocked. If I needed anything, the friendly guy at the front desk brought it over right away – excellent service. Spacious room: It was very large with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, and excellent soundproofing. The upstairs bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. This is the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in for its environment – great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I book a hotel."

"First off, the hotel's location is great, very close to all the nearby attractions. Since we were driving, I'm not sure about public transport convenience, but I wouldn't recommend this place for self-drivers. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, which makes parking very inconvenient. Secondly, the hotel facilities are quite new and well-equipped. However, I didn't find the hygiene to be very good; there was a layer of dust on the table, and spider webs next to the cabinet under the sink, which wasn't a great experience. Also, the hotel is on a main street, so it can be a bit noisy."

"The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was already on when we entered, which was a nice touch. We transferred from another hotel and arrived quite early on the day of check-in. We requested a higher floor at the front desk, and they were able to arrange it for our two family rooms. The high floor offered great views. The room also had a washing machine and refrigerator, both very new. I usually hesitate to use hotel washing machines, but seeing how clean and new this one was, I decided to. My family even said we should look for hotels with washing machines in the future. One minor inconvenience was the lack of breakfast, but the front desk recommended Yu Mi Breakfast downstairs, which was very good."

"I stayed for three nights, here's my objective review: First, the positives: 1. The front desk service was excellent. They were proactive in resolving issues. When I mentioned an odor in my room and wanted to switch, they brought me an air freshener and cleaning spray in the middle of the night. They also used tape to fix the light leakage on the left side of the curtain. 2. My room was cleaned and tidied daily during my stay. 3. Food deliveries were conveniently brought to the room by a robot. Now, the negatives: 1. The room I booked differed quite a bit from the pictures. Perhaps rooms of the same type vary in size and layout, which I think the hotel should note! For example, the pictures showed a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, but my room didn't have it. Also, the aisle at the foot of the bed was too narrow. It didn't feel like 15-20 square meters at all, more like 8 square meters. The room felt small overall and a bit cramped. Good thing I didn't have a suitcase, otherwise there would have been no place to put it. Plus, there was no table or chairs, making it very inconvenient to eat in the room. 2. Light seeped in from both the top and bottom of the window. As soon as dawn broke, light streamed in. The bed was right next to the window, and outside was a road, so the soundproofing wasn't great. I didn't sleep very soundly. I asked to change rooms but it seemed there were no vacancies, so I had to make do. 3. The bedding felt slightly damp to me, and the pillows were too high; both were high pillows. 4. Initially, I noticed an odd smell in the room, which improved after I reported it. However, on the following two nights, I kept feeling itchy when lying in bed, suggesting the bedding wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the service was decent, and the hotel's public areas were nice. However, there are quite a few areas for improvement within the room. My overall stay experience was average because I genuinely didn't sleep well, and the value for money was just okay."

"I assumed it was a newly opened place since it was listed as registered in April 2026, but it turned out they had purchased and were renting out the upper floors of an existing hotel, the Leeds Hotel. The bedding and flooring were clean, but there were some shortcomings regarding the air conditioning and the bathroom ceiling. I was puzzled to find an ashtray despite it being a non-smoking hotel. However, I liked the spaciousness and the variety of amenities provided, and they responded quickly when I contacted them via WeChat. The towels were disposable, so while hygiene was satisfactory, their absorbency was a bit lacking. Since it is an older hotel, there was a slight musty smell, but it was fine after opening the window to ventilate. There are department stores, supermarkets, and night markets nearby, so it was really convenient for shopping and eating. I am satisfied with the affordable price."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with all sorts of amenities nearby. It's just a few minutes' walk to Russian Style Street and Dalian Old Street. The Mediterranean-style decor is very cozy and relaxing. The huge glass windows, especially those facing the sea, are incredibly therapeutic. All the hotel staff were enthusiastic and patient, and the breakfast was great – the kids really enjoyed it."
