To further enhance our customer satisfaction, we will start offering our natural hot spring spa facility "Karlovy Vary Spa" to all guests staying at the hotel from Tuesday, October 1, 2024. We have decided to end the day-use bathing service for general visitors.
"This was a truly wonderful hotel. Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful artwork, which gave it an international feel. Both the trainees and the experienced staff at the front desk were incredibly polite and had excellent service attitudes.
The rooms, and indeed the entire hotel, were clean and quiet. Even the sound of doors opening and closing was hushed. You could feel the thoughtfulness in every detail.
The breakfast menu was extensive, and every dish was elaborately prepared and delicious. I dined there several times, trying both Japanese and Western options, but I couldn't try everything! I considered posting photos, but I decided against it, wanting to leave some surprises for future guests!
The spa was spacious and relaxing. While there are other hotels in Sapporo with large spas, I personally found Hotel Monterey Edelhof to be more relaxing and enjoyable.
When I told my family about it after returning home, they were so envious! I definitely plan to stay here again with my family next time."
