"A decent hotel for the price, comfortable bed, clean linens. Hot water is always available. The old quarter is a 20-minute drive away, and there are inexpensive cafes within walking distance. We stayed for six nights, and there was no cleaning service during that time, but we didn't ask for it anyway. "
"The room isn’t spacious, but it’s well-suited for a solo stay, with smart use of the limited space. The city view from the high floor is pleasant. There was some noise from trains coming and going at the station right in the opposite side of the hotel building, but it wasn’t too loud or disruptive. However, the breakfast options were quite limited and remained nearly the same throughout my 3-day stay."
"Staffs were very nice, polite, professional and helpful. Location was great, many nice foods around. Room is big & clean. Except the shower room water does not go down, water will flood out to floor within one minute, and because at night there’s no one at the reception, I couldn’t have a shower at all."
"This is a great hotel located in the heart of Hanoi, surrounded by excellent restaurants, coffee shops, night markets, and many tourist attractions. The location is very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean, and the amenities were excellent. The sauna, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, restaurant, hotel lobby, and overall facilities were all impressive and well-maintained. I would definitely come back and book my accommodation at this hotel again."
"It's great value for money! It's also very quiet, and the surrounding area is quite bustling. It's not far from Hoan Kiem Lake either! It's only about a 20-minute walk! Overall, I highly recommend it. The owner speaks some Chinese, and the stay was very pleasant. The picture shows the room I stayed in! Very nice! The following picture shows the surrounding environment."
"The hotel is clean and in a good location, we got a lake view room which was amazing. The best thing in the hotel is the staff, everyone is super accomodating and welcoming. Breakfast is okay but can be improved."
"Mvillage Kim Ma is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Hanoi. Great location, comfortable rooms, modern facilities, and very clean. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, and the cleanliness is outstanding. I will definitely come back!"
"Memorable pampered stay Luxurious, immaculately clean and very spacious We were super comfortable and slept so well Our room was more like a serviced apartment with a kitchenette, counter, lounge tv area and a separate bedroom which could be cordoned off A long corridor with a separate bathroom with a Japanese WC complete with heated seat - bidet functions , shower room and walk in closet. The spa quality soaps & shampoo was appreciated My family enjoyed the fully fitted gym and spa The roof top bar had an amazing view and pool seats"

GGuest UserExceptional service, great location, attention to details! They also sent us off and provided a farewell gift! A true hidden gem!
GGuest UserHanoi Solis offer a great location , clean and well- designed room , and a calm atmosphere . The staff are professional and very helpful, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for staying in Hanoi .
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a good breakfast and spacious rooms. However, one thing to keep in mind is that they might assign you a twin bed, so it’s best to confirm your preference with them in advance. Unfortunately, despite my request, they didn’t fix this issue. The room had a balcony, and unlike many other hotels, it was quiet at night. The bathroom was clean, and the amenities were quite nice. They also had a minibar with reasonably priced items, and the hotel café served delicious and affordable food. Another great feature was their motorcycle rental, which costs 200,000 VND per day. For just 50,000 VND worth of fuel, I managed to ride around the city and even covered 40 km while still having half a tank left. The location is convenient as well, close to major attractions like the Old Quarter and the Presidential Palace.
EExpat EDventuresWhat a great location in the middle of the hustle in bustle! This hotel is a family owned and operated business. We met the owners son and wife who manage the property and they are lovely people and give great recommendation. Check-in was quick and seamless. They greeted us with welcome tea and gave us a map with a thorough briefing of the best places to eat and visit. They even ran our luggage up and had someone turn the AC on before we got in our room so it would be cool upon entry. The room was cozy and the bed had a supportive mattress but I am partial to the hard beds of Asia. Breakfast was at the top in a beautiful space and they made your eggs to order. I only wish the shower door did a better job of keeping the water in. We tried to book them after our HaLong Bay cruise canceled but sadly they were fully booked. We will be back!
GGuest UserA very cost boutique hotel located right in the heart of the old quarter. For the price of less than 70bucks a night and the distance from all the shops, restaurants and local life, what more can we ask for.
GGuest UserGreeted by the cutest host (see picture below). Had a package delivered from Hoi An - the host received it for us and kept us updated- very helpful via WhatsApp. Cute coffee place just outside :) needed a place near airport, so the perfect location!
