The rooms are minimal, but I think they are sufficient for people who don't want to spend money on accommodation. The front desk staff is very kind. The only negative point is that you can hear outside noise.

This is a great hotel for the price, location is really really good, right in the old quarter but more local than the touristy area, which is great. There are some very very good coffee and pho places very close and a really good Aussie breakfast place not far either. Room was great, clean, private bathroom, quiet, highly recommended and would stay again.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old quarter, all the tourist spots are within walking distance and it was surprisingly quiet inside. Nancy the manager is very professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Some annoying tiny ants over the wooden surfaces and out of date snacks in the ‘mini bar’ could be improved.
