GGuest UserThe hotel shows great hospitality. As a returning guest, a cake and card was placed on the table and it was a pleasant surprise as I checked in. The room has a balcony and was very spacious. The check in and check out was very fast and upon checking out, Ms Tracy helped to call the transport company just to ensure that my pick up was in order. The food massage was very good and the breakfast and lunch set was very delicious. Super clean hotel and 5 mins to the lake. The drinks at the bar/restaurant are good! You can see the sunrise at the pool level.Highly recommend all to stay here.

GGuest UserAs like the photos, comfortable apartment. Security guard experienced and will provide all necessary info and uses Google translate to communicate. Next to Ministry of Defence, so it is a pretty clean, quiet corner. Very walkable to old quarters. Enjoyed the stay.

EExpat EDventuresWhat a great location in the middle of the hustle in bustle! This hotel is a family owned and operated business. We met the owners son and wife who manage the property and they are lovely people and give great recommendation. Check-in was quick and seamless. They greeted us with welcome tea and gave us a map with a thorough briefing of the best places to eat and visit. They even ran our luggage up and had someone turn the AC on before we got in our room so it would be cool upon entry. The room was cozy and the bed had a supportive mattress but I am partial to the hard beds of Asia. Breakfast was at the top in a beautiful space and they made your eggs to order. I only wish the shower door did a better job of keeping the water in. We tried to book them after our HaLong Bay cruise canceled but sadly they were fully booked. We will be back!

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy and had all working facilities. The service was friendly and the facilities within the hotel were very good, with free bicycle rental/pool/gym and so on. We knew the location beforehand but should be considered by others as around 20-30 minutes from the centre. That said there is also a free shuttle bus 4 times a day that we availed. Overall then recommended.

GGuest UserA very cost boutique hotel located right in the heart of the old quarter. For the price of less than 70bucks a night and the distance from all the shops, restaurants and local life, what more can we ask for.

GGuest UserGreeted by the cutest host (see picture below). Had a package delivered from Hoi An - the host received it for us and kept us updated- very helpful via WhatsApp. Cute coffee place just outside :) needed a place near airport, so the perfect location!
