I stayed at this hotel and was overall satisfied, despite a few minor issues. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. There are almost no shops or crowds nearby, which ensures a calm and tranquil stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the furniture is a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The front desk staff made a great impression — incredibly friendly and eager to help, even though their English was limited. The room was cozy, clean, and well-designed. The bathroom was a highlight, with a fantastic shower and strong water pressure. The room had everything necessary: toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and a shower cap), slippers, bathrobes, a hairdryer, a kettle, tea, coffee, and bottled water. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The main downside was the lack of power outlets. There were only three in total: one near the hairdryer in the bathroom, one by the kettle, and one at the desk. The outlet at the desk was functional but wobbly, making it difficult to keep plugs in place, although charging still worked. Additionally, there were no outlets near the bed, which was inconvenient. A special highlight was the beautiful view from the window — a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise from the sunny side. A deposit of 1000 baht was required upon check-in. Overall, despite these minor issues, my stay was pleasant. If the hotel renovates the furniture and improves the outlet situation, it will be truly fantastic! ——— Останавливалась в этом отеле и осталась довольна, несмотря на некоторые мелкие недочёты. Персонал на ресепшене произвёл отличное впечатление: невероятно дружелюбный и готов помочь, хоть и с небольшими трудностями в английском. Номер уютный, чистый, с приятным дизайном. Ванная комната — отдельный плюс: отличный душ с мощным напором воды. В номере было всё необходимое: гигиенические принадлежности (шампунь, мыло, зубные щётки, ватные палочки, шапочка для душа), тапочки, халаты, фен, чайник, чай, кофе и питьевая вода. Постельное бельё чистое и свежее. Из минусов — нехватка розеток. В номере было всего три: одна возле фена в ванной, одна у чайника и одна на столе. Розетка на столе была исправна, но шаталась, из-за чего вилка плохо держалась, хотя зарядка всё же шла. Особенно неудобно, что розеток у кровати не было. Отдельно отмечу чудесный вид из окна: утром можно наслаждаться рассветом на солнечной стороне. Также при заселении потребовался депозит — 1000 бат. В целом, несмотря на мелкие недочёты, отдых получился комфортным. Если отель обновит мебель и решит вопрос с розетками, станет просто замечательно!

I recently stayed at Airbus Hotel @ Phawana Station (January 11, 2026). My experience was a mix of initial communication challenges followed by excellent problem resolution. The Service Experience: Prior to arrival, I had coordinated via phone and was assured that an early check-in after 8:30 AM would be complimentary if rooms were available. However, upon arriving at 9:00 AM, the female receptionist was unaware of this and insisted on a 100 THB/hour fee. The interaction became slightly uncomfortable when she questioned the validity of my previous call. Fortunately, a male staff member (likely a supervisor or from reservations) stepped in. He was professional and efficient, quickly identifying an available room and honoring the original agreement without any extra charge. I truly appreciated his intervention. The Room & Location: • Cleanliness: The room was spotless and looked exactly like the promotional photos. • Convenience: The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from Phawana Station, making transportation across the city effortless. Verdict: Despite the initial misunderstanding at the front desk, the quality of the room and the supervisor's professionalism made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and location, but I suggest getting early check-in confirmations in writing. @A key card deposit of 500 THB per room is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout after the return of the key card.

The room is decent to stay and the location might be a bit hidden. But other than that, everything is great. Got a room with a balcony and the view is alright. The nearest convenient store is 8 mins walk, which is ok. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, so a great place to escape from the busy city noise.

Very nice hotel , large and impressive. Clean and well organised. However no chairs or sofas în the main lobby for anyone to sit around while waiting for anything? I really enjoyed my stay . Highly recommended

Pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated rooms. The whole hotel has been refreshed and the room felt modern, clean and comfortable. The room and lobby layout are stylish and very Instagrammable, giving the place a trendy vibe. The bathtub was also very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I really hope the hotel continues to maintain this good standard as the new room condition is definitely a highlight. Location-wise, it’s about 5 minutes’ walk to 7-11 and around 10 minutes to MRT Huai Kwang, which still makes getting around quite convenient. The hotel is also slightly cheaper than many others in town, probably because it’s not right in the busiest area — but it definitely offers great value for the quality. Breakfast was decent with a reasonable selection to start the morning. Overall, a pleasant stay with the service, modern rooms, and excellent value. Would consider returning again.
