Great service, big room, decent breakfast. We accidentally left the room opened as the door condition is not well, not able to close properly, need to double check before we left.

I recently stayed here and honestly, I got one of the best rooms I stayed in. I’m definitely coming back here and will request the exact same room again! The room was huge, easily spacious enough to fit an extra double bed and still accommodate 4 people comfortably. I had requested a room with direct sunlight, and they gave me exactly that. It even had small balconies on both sides, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The room came with all the necessary amenities, and the washroom was also spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could need, plenty of towels, a hair dryer, toiletries, etc. Super clean and well maintained. The TV wasn’t working, but it honestly didn’t bother us since we were out exploring most of the time. One small suggestion to the hotel, replacing the current curtains with blinds would make the room look even more modern and aesthetically pleasing but this is totally optional. Cleanliness is absolutely top-notch, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. I can honestly vouch for this place. Location-wise, it’s a bit away from Walking Street and the beach, but perfect if you want a quieter area. A 7/11 is within a 7–8 minute walk, and there’s a cute café just outside the boutique. It’s located right opposite the Mandarin Oriental. The only downside was the check-in experience. Although check-in starts at 2 PM, we arrived around 4 PM and still had to wait about 30 minutes for the room to be ready. After a long day of travel, that was the only thing that felt a bit tiring but they were kind enough to offer water and drinks meanwhile we wait. Other than that, the stay was amazing, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya!

I didn't have high expectations at first, but unexpectedly I gained a warm and unforgettable experience. From the appearance, the hotel is simple and simple, without luxurious decoration, but it gives people a down-to-earth feeling. Walking into the lobby, the space was small but clean and tidy. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, acted quickly when checking in, and patiently answered my questions about surrounding transportation. My room is on the second floor. Although it does not have the luxurious configuration of a high-end hotel, it is very warmly decorated. A neat bed, sheets and pillowcases all exude the smell of sunshine, making people feel particularly at ease. The windows in the room are large, allowing sunlight to shine in unreservedly and illuminate the entire room. Several simple paintings hang on the walls, adding a touch of art to the room. Although the bathroom is not large, it is cleaned spotlessly and all kinds of toiletries are neatly arranged. The supply of hot water is very stable, and the water temperature is suitable when taking a bath, allowing people to wash away the fatigue of the day. Although the hotel does not have abundant facilities and breakfast service, the surrounding facilities are very complete. Not far from the door, there is a snack street with a variety of mouth-watering delicacies; there are also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient to buy daily necessities. I was impressed by the service of the hotel staff during my stay. One time I came back very late, but they still greeted me warmly and reminded me to rest. Staying in this ordinary hotel this time made me feel a different kind of warmth. It doesn't have a gorgeous appearance and rich facilities, but it impressed me with its sincere service and clean environment. If you don't pursue luxury and just want a warm and comfortable place to stay, then this hotel is definitely a good choice.

Near shopping, dining area i.e. Terminal 21, Space, Bus Terminal though entrance slightly hidden. Indoor private parking. Very good pool with few gym equipment. Reasonable size room. Linen a bit old and odor spread from toilet drain during the day. Other than that, good value for money paid.

The room was spacious and very clean. It was cheap but had a relaxing atmosphere, and the free drinks and washing machine were great for long-term stays. The reception staff were very kind and polite. They tried hard to speak Japanese. They said they were waiting for Japanese guests.

The lady at the front desk was so helpful and even spoke Chinese. The hotel is really close to Pattaya North Station; I just walked there directly after getting off the bus. There's a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel, which is incredibly convenient! The room was super clean, and I was very satisfied. If I come back to Pattaya, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

Good location next to the North Pattaya Bus Station, Lotus, Terminal 21. To reach the beach will takes around 15-20 min by step. Wifi is OK, I was listening online books, no issue except the last day of my stay - wifi was disconnected from my room with no reason. Staff is very friendly, polite, smiling, ready to assist 2 small bottles of water every day, also towels was changed daily. But bedshit with spots. Could be great to have a beach for sun no white colour. Unfortunately I count sleep even one night good because of the noise of AC so bad and old, leaking on the middle of the night. Around 8-9 am can hear how kids are screening next to the swimming pool and birds at 6 am disturbed me badly. The furniture should be paited again. The sink in the bathroom should be clean, was dirty. I can't say it's 4 star hotel. 2-3 only. Swimming pools is good but not enough sunbeds.

Liked it very much! Panoramic view on the city which is breathtaking in the evening and at night. Location was convenient for our needs, we also took a walk to Pattaya beach for an evening walk, we even come to night walking street, that took us about 1,5 hour but we like to walk. If to use tooktook you will get it in 20 minutes or less. Great supermarket Marko 5 mins away with fresh seafood, meat, fruits, beverages etc. If you want to cook something be aware that the knife is dull. Highly recommend.

Great location and affordable price. The room was very clean and the hotel has its own parking, which is convenient if you're driving. They even offered a small gift upon check-in, which was a nice touch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
