From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. Exceptional Spiritual Stay at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5 Stars) My three-night stay at the Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah was an absolutely exceptional experience, perfectly complementing the spiritual journey of Umrah. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the hotel upheld its reputation for world-class luxury and attentive service. Location: Unmatched Proximity to the Haram The hotel’s location is, without a doubt, its greatest asset. Being part of the Jabal Omar development means the Masjid Al Haram is an incredibly short and convenient walk away. This proximity was invaluable, allowing us to attend all daily prayers and perform Umrah with ease and speed, saving precious time and energy that could be dedicated to worship. For those seeking to maximize their time in the Holy Mosque, the ease of access is unbeatable. Accommodation and Comfort We stayed in a Deluxe Room (or other specific room type if you know it), which was both spacious and elegantly appointed. The attention to detail in the room was a hallmark of the Jumeirah brand—from the premium bedding and memory foam mattress that ensured a deeply restful sleep, to the modern, well-maintained amenities. The overall ambiance of the room was one of serene comfort. If you are fortunate enough to secure a Haram View room, it offers a truly profound and peaceful experience, allowing you to reflect and even perform voluntary prayers with a direct view of the Kaaba, enhanced by live speakers broadcasting the Adhan. Impeccable Service and Dining Options The staff service was consistently outstanding throughout our stay. Every member, from the reception team to housekeeping, was incredibly courteous, friendly, and professional. Their willingness to assist quickly and efficiently truly elevated the experience. While we did not utilize the breakfast, we made use of the 24-hour in-room dining service a couple of times. The food arrived promptly, was of high quality, and provided a delicious, convenient option after a long day of worship. The variety of on-site dining options also gives guests great flexibility. Final Verdict The Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah provided an atmosphere of luxury, comfort, and deep serenity, making our three-night pilgrimage a truly seamless and spiritually enriching experience. The combination of its prime location, luxurious rooms, and impeccable, five-star service fully justifies the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to any pilgrim seeking a peaceful, convenient, and top-tier experience in Makkah.

Totally as expected. A 5 star hotel. Check in was smooth, the staff were polite. Cleanliness was perfect. Location is superb. There's a separate lift to go down to Haram, so you dont have to join the crowd from other hotels in the clock tower. Breakfast was excellent. They even have special kids buffet area during friday/saturday

I had a pleasant stay at Swissotel Makkah overall. One of the main highlights was the spacious restaurant with a wide variety of breakfast options, catering to different tastes. The location is excellent, as the hotel is part of the Abraj Al Bait Mall complex and is very close to Masjid Al Haram, which makes it extremely convenient for prayers and shopping. On the downside, the check-in time is quite late at 4:00 PM while check-out is at 12:00 noon, which feels unfair as it doesn’t even provide a full 24-hour stay. Additionally, the lobby and elevators can get very busy, especially during peak times, causing some delays. Overall, it’s a good hotel with a prime location, but improvements in check-in timing and crowd management would make the experience better.

As per previous review. For this booking, thanks to Mr Haitam for assissting me. I got a room near to the lift. Thank you so much 🙂 On average, i waited less than 1 minute for the lift. Extra 2-5minutes from the hotel to reach Kudi bus station by the shuttle bus. 6-8minutes walk from Kudi bus station to the mosque. Going back from the mosque to the hotel takes a bit longer time during peak hours. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel.

There is a shuttle bus to and from Haram every hour. I was able to relieve the fatigue of my long trip with a massage chair in the lobby.
