"A very nice and clean hotel, close to the Haram, and buses arrive every ten minutes. They care a lot about the guests, and the lobby is very luxurious and large. They give you cookies when you arrive, and there is Saudi coffee at the entrance and flowers everywhere. It deserves to be a five-star hotel. The breakfast is beautiful and varied, and the staff are cheerful."

"I had a pleasant stay at Swissotel Makkah overall. One of the main highlights was the spacious restaurant with a wide variety of breakfast options, catering to different tastes. The location is excellent, as the hotel is part of the Abraj Al Bait Mall complex and is very close to Masjid Al Haram, which makes it extremely convenient for prayers and shopping. On the downside, the check-in time is quite late at 4:00 PM while check-out is at 12:00 noon, which feels unfair as it doesn’t even provide a full 24-hour stay. Additionally, the lobby and elevators can get very busy, especially during peak times, causing some delays. Overall, it’s a good hotel with a prime location, but improvements in check-in timing and crowd management would make the experience better."
