I stayed there in the same year it opened, 2023, and honestly, I was blown away by the hotel's luxury, location, the service of the staff, the overall tranquility, and the wonderful rooms. Even the food was excellent; I consider it the best I've had so far. Even if you don't stay there, I highly recommend trying Patras Restaurant. Since it was my first stay in the hotel in 2023 and I was so impressed, I went back and booked a room for my friend to try it, and I will definitely visit and stay there

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Makkah. In terms of cleanliness, bed size, room service, and the hotel lobby—everything was outstanding. The best experience I had was with housekeeping, especially Mr. Ikter Husen at Tower 2, 14th floor (my room was 1404). His service and attention to detail were exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. The overall service, cleanliness, and attitude of all the staff are truly exceptional.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. My only complaint is that the water kettle was unclean. We asked for a replacement, but they gave us one with the same problem, so we refrained from using it for the duration of our stay.

Jumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best. Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times. Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it. Bottom line: Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win.

Jumeirah is a home, the staff were goods, from the frontliner, room service, and many more. The properties was awesome, the layout - interior design and anything has their 'class' The room is spacious, clean and well designed. The amenities are awesome

I had a very comfortable stay at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Haram. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, and the facilities were good overall. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Makkah.

I really enjoyed my stay here over other hotels I’ve been to. Really nice, clean room with friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend.
