Makkah Hotel

Arrived after 5pm, but still have to wait for the room to be ready. But the room was super nice and comfortable. The lift works fine. During peak time, slightly delay but it is still manageable. The staff also nice. Bonus point was the hotel pass thru the mall and directly step on the Masjidilharam area. Really convenient. If I come again in future, I'll definitely choose this hotel. InshaAllah. The breakfast in overall, quite nice with multiple selection.. Hotel lobby facing the First Ring Road. If you are coming or leaving the hotel via ehailing, pls select drop-off or pick-up point "First Ring Road" and inform driver the hotel name.

Great service and perfect location and amenities lovely staff

Nice to stay considering the location and amenities. It takes a little bit long to wait for the check in. The ladyreceptionist that i talk to keep me to wait for 5mnts to find my booking but it ended up almost 30mnts and she never call me so i had to approach the other receptionist. He found it quickly but had to asked me to wait again for an hour because the room is not yet ready. For the complimentary breakfast, i must say, it didnt reach my expectations. If I would visit again, i will not pay for the breakfast. Not worth it.

Very close to Masjid-ul-Haram. Just few steps to enter the Masjid. All the shops are near by. Highly recommend this hotel.
