This hotel has extremely poor communication and a lack of professionalism.
Before my arrival, I emailed the hotel regarding my check-in, but there was no response at all. On the day I was supposed to check in, my taxi was unable to enter the Haram area because it was close to Maghrib and the police had closed the roads. The hotel should have been aware of this recurring situation. Had they informed guests in advance, I would have adjusted my arrival time accordingly.
Instead, I was forced to walk approximately 1 km to the hotel carrying large luggage. When I explained the situation to the receptionist upon arrival, there was not even a proper apology — only a smile. This showed a clear lack of empathy and customer care.
Additionally, due to the national conflict and flight disruptions, I had to change my flight to an earlier departure and check out one day early. I requested a refund for the unused night, but the hotel refused, simply stating it was against policy. The conflict was beyond my control, yet there was no consideration or flexibility shown.
I am very disappointed with the overall service and attitude. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families. It is also quite far from Masjidil Haram, which makes access even more difficult during peak prayer times.
