Dirty bedsheets! We tried to call reception around 2 am after our Umrah and no one was picking up any calls. The wifi does not work, the staff rather likes not to talk to u which feels very disrespectful

Nasamat makkah It's a beautiful hotel, with an excellent location, a 10-15 minute walk from the Haram. It's clean and has a very good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, and excellent hotel, still feel like brand new. Less than 10 minutes away from the Haram. However, there is a steep hill that you'd have to climb to get there. So not recommend for disabled or families with pushchair. For solo or family that do not mind a little walk, book this without any worry.
