The room was too dark, the 'king' bed was two unstable twins, and the accessible washroom was impractical—wet floors and uncomfortable toilet. Food and cleanliness were okay, but that's about it.

HHZ HZThe hotel's location is highly desirable, offering convenient access to a wide array of dining establishments, particularly the numerous Korean restaurants situated on the upper section of Queens Street, directly across from the property. Despite the presence of multiple tourist groups, the room provided a comfortable and tranquil environment. My stay was significantly enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Oliver at the front desk, whose friendly demeanor and evident passion for his work were particularly noteworthy. I highly recommend seeking his assistance should you require any support during your visit.

VVisitingHad a really nice stay at Cordis. The bed was super comfy — one of those where you fall asleep instantly and wake up well-rested. The pool was on the smaller side, but still a pleasant spot to relax for a quick dip. The buffet was definitely a highlight with a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, with a comfortable room and great service. Would happily come back.

The room is equipped with a stove, microwave, washing machine, and more, making it super practical and convenient. The living room and dining area are spacious, making it perfect for families staying for a short period. Highly recommend! 👍

LLingerbaobeiThe room had a beautiful view, and the balcony door could be opened, but you couldn't get out because there wasn't enough room to stand, which was a shame!
The only downside to the room was that if you opened the refrigerator and didn't close it immediately, or if you closed the door too slowly, a speaker on the ceiling would suddenly start making noises in English. Since my English isn't good, I couldn't understand a word they were saying, and it was terrifying! I felt like I was being spied on, and I didn't even know I was changing clothes. Was there any CCTV in the room? It was quite frightening, and I'm afraid to extend my stay.

CCarla J HappMy husband and I stayed here just for a night. The room was clean and tidy, looked a bit old though inside compared to the flashy lobby. Was disappointed that no one gave us a heads up before checking-in about the air conditioning not working. A fan was provided though so thank you. However, we still couldn’t sleep well, it all felt quite stuffy even with the windows open throughout the night. I woke up with a blocked nose, still feeling quite tired and my husband’s allergies kicked in so he kept sneezing. Parking is available at the hotel for an extra fee however it’s pretty cramped, need to be very cautious while driving into and out of the parking area.

GGuest UserIdeal solution for a late arriving flight, easy and simple with a spacious, well-appointed room. Excellent value for money, especially with the shuttle included. The food was the only disappointment, with a chicken burger being $25 but not having chicken breast patties like should be standard for this price-point - instead it had cheap orange-coloured crumbed minced ”mystery chicken” patties.

GGuest UserFriendly helpful service, unit was clean and tidy, bed was basic but comfortable. shelf for soap and shampoo etc would be helpful in the shower. external noise was easily heard within the unit.

CCHE WENAfter we landed, we took the yellow shuttle bus to the hotel. The transportation was actually very convenient; you just need to confirm the shuttle schedule in advance. The hotel was also very clean.
