Very disappointing stay overall. The check-in process was extremely slow, and even the room Wi-Fi was broken for the entire night. We called the front desk for assistance and were told it would be repaired, but nothing was fixed, and the staff seemed completely unconcerned about the issue.
The reception staff, especially an older lady at the front desk, showed no sense of apology or professionalism regarding the poor service. We booked a two-bedroom suite, but the information on the check-in paper did not match the room key details, which was already confusing. After opening the room, we found there was only one bedroom accessible. We tried calling the front desk, but nobody answered, so we had to go downstairs again. The lady did not apologize at all and simply asked us to continue waiting while she handled things very slowly.
Eventually, she explained that one of the bedrooms had been locked and needed to be opened manually. However, she seemed unfamiliar with the process, trying multiple keys one by one, which felt very unprofessional.
Although the hotel location is convenient, the room itself was not spacious or particularly clean. The only positive part of the experience was a younger lady at reception the next day when we checked out and stored our luggage, she was much friendlier and more helpful.
Combined with the frustrating and inefficient check-in experience, I would definitely not recommend staying here.
