Crowne Plaza AUCKLAND by IHG

The location is great, right in the city center and very close to Sky Tower. There are plenty of food options and shops nearby. The service was good, and luggage storage was convenient. The room was suitable, but the hygiene was just average. The breakfast was decent with a good variety.

It's really close to the bus stop, which is super convenient! And right next door is Huawei, haha! That's cool! There's also a Pop Mart not far away, which made me so happy! The breakfast was quite varied too!

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a week during my trip to Auckland. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel's location in the CBD was incredibly convenient; everything was within walking distance – supermarkets, parks, shops, public transport, you name it. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Auckland. Highly recommend! 👍

The room facilities were complete and comfortable. Shopping and dining nearby were very convenient, and the bus stop right outside made transportation easy. The self-service breakfast offered a good variety. Paid parking at the hotel was convenient, and it was even a bit cheaper on weekends.

This hotel is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or business trips. The location is great, and the environment is pleasant. However, I only recommend the premium rooms. The facilities are excellent, and the view from the elevator lobby is also beautiful.

I'd stay here again if the price is right. The location is good, but the facilities are a bit old and the hygiene isn't great. Breakfast is decent enough to fill you up. You can walk to various places, and it's also walkable to the pier.

The location and cleanliness are top-notch, no complaints there. However, some of the facilities feel a bit poorly designed. The bathroom has a fixed shower head, which is very inconvenient to use. Also, the bathtub with a shower curtain doesn't effectively contain water, so the bathroom floor often gets wet. Furthermore, the toilet isn't a smart toilet, making it cold to sit on in winter, and the mechanical flush button sometimes gets stuck, causing the toilet to run continuously. This is our second stay at this hotel, and surprisingly, the decor on the 20th and 18th floors is completely different; the 20th floor is noticeably better. What's also quite unexpected for a global chain hotel is the lack of free parking; guests have to pay 30 NZD per day for parking.
