"设施：Outstanding and excellent! TBH this hotel has totally surprised me and exceeded my expectations. Pillows are good and the room is neat and well equipped. Also I think the cost effectiveness is the greatest advantage! 卫生：great 服务：almost all the friendly staff speak mandarin and I think it really helps Chinese visitors. Dim sim restaurant in a few steps distance, breakfast was nice as well."

"This was perfect for our stay. An apartment had everything you needed with a kitchen (and all crockery ect) & even had its own washing machine and tumble drier. The staff were lovely & very helpful. Advising us on local cafes and transfers too and from the airport. The hotel is right next to the main bus station so it is super easy to get to the beach or into Auckland. Highly recommend."

"Early check in was no problem. Arrived two hrs earlier than our expected early check in time and the apartment was already ready! Clean and spacious for our family of 5 adults. Apartment was set with 5 single beds just as asked. Service was efficient and they were able to gladly offer extra towels and detergent when we asked for more. Westfield shopping center only a couple of minutes drive away. Location just as we wanted, away from the busy city but still convenient with shops and good restaurants close by."

"Our itinerary planned to head north from Auckland Airport. This B&B is not far from the airport, nor from the city itself. The feeling of living in the forest was beyond our expectations. The service was excellent, and the cleanliness was excellent. I'd like to stay here again on my return trip south, but it's always fully booked. This will be my top choice if I ever return to New Zealand. I hope the host and staff always keep the place clean and comfortable."

This is an amenity packed property with activities for the everyone.
Things to note
Hazards : being semi rural, we have a number of hazards including high retaining walls, steps without hand rails, uneven ground in the paddocks. So we ask that you please be careful when moving around and look out for young ones.
Camera : There is one external camera on the Main house which is active 24/7. This is is installed next to the entrance of the Main House, monitoring the gate and the driveway. This is recording but not actively monitored and is used for security purposes. It does not view in side the house.
Alarm System : The main house and Unit have an alarm system (not used) with motion sensors in the Lounge and Main bedroom.
Semi Rural : Being semi rural, we do get insects and small animals around the property including Daddy Long Legs spiders, Geckos (very small lizards), Rabbits and Birds.
Sheep : We have Sheep on the property that we will need to check on from time to time.
Gardens & Lawns : We also have a gardener and lawn care person who may be on site from time to time.
Rubbish Collection : We will come onsite to take rubbish to curb on Sunday afternoon/evening and will return bins on Monday.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was very convenient. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were courteous and efficient. However, the only downside was the front desk staff — while they were professional and helpful, they rarely smiled or made an effort to be welcoming. A warmer attitude at the reception would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.
