"This hotel is located in downtown Cancun. The room was clean and came with a refrigerator and amenities such as shampoo and body soap. However, at night, loud music starts playing from the bar next door and continues until around 7am. You can still hear the noise even with the windows and doors closed, so it may be bothersome for those who cannot sleep unless they are in a quiet environment. There are many restaurants, travel agencies, laundries, etc. around the hotel. The area is well-lit even at night, so it is safe and easy to walk around."
"It’s a hotel with a high CP value for temporary stays! Because I had to leave early the next day, I didn't use the hotel facilities, but the room was large and very tidy! Recommended!"
"It's a very clean and cost-effective hotel for Mexico. It's scary to walk around late at night, but it's great to walk to the main shopping area during the day."
"Walking distance of ADO bus station. Nearby lots of nice cafes, and nearby a park with various food stalls. Bus stop nearby to get to hotel zone. For the hotel, the pool and jacuzzi is great. Stayed in a dorm bed. Has curtains for privacy and a cupboard to store your luggage. The water accumulates in the bathroom. Perhaps still need some renovation work."
"Kavia Plus Cancun lived up to our expectations for the price. The room layout is a bit unusual, with the balcony facing inward, but I had seen the photos beforehand, so I was prepared. The staff were friendly, always kept the room clean, and made sure there was always water. No problems at all. The location is convenient for exploring the area. Overall, a good value stay and we would recommend it for travelers on a budget👍"
"I booked a hotel for a friend. Overall it was okay. The main reason was that it was close to the city center and easy to get in and out. The hotel must have been a few years old but the location was good."
"The hostel was good. Location was good too just opposite to the ADO bus station. The only problem was that the common area is open for limited hours. So if you are a digital nomad and need to attend meeting.. Then it is a problem. However, all the receptionists were good and friendly :)"

GGuest UserEverything was perfect ! The best place if you want nonstop party !!. Enjoyed our stay. This is second time😍
GGuest UserA very good hotel, just steps away from the beach. It’s in a prime location! It’s clean and has good service. Highly recommend if you wanna stay in the beach area. The picture I took is from Playa Caracol which is just across the road from the hotel.
GGuest UserPerfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible. The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age.
GGuest UserMy wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!
GGuest UserA pleasant stay. We received a room upgrade to ocean view which was lovely. Good size spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Amenities at the sister hotel next door were better than ours but because you can access both, this was not an issue. Friendly, helpful staff and good food from the three restaurants we tried. All inclusive drinks in our package were local and not very enjoyable - this would be my only gripe!
GGuest UserNice All-Inclusive hotel directly at the beach, in walking distance to the Cancun tourism center. Good value for money, nice hotel room, good pool, very nice spacious beach area, tasty food in the buffet restaurant, the pizza restaurant and also in the 3rd restaurant. The buffet restaurant is too small for the hotel size but you get used to it. The gym is better than nothing but very small. All in all the hotel is recomendable.
