Aquamarina Beach Hotel Cancun

Do not book here . Everything is horrible ! The beds are bad pillow is like a rock bathroom you can barely stand it’s so small rooms are outdated no plug points smells , ac unit was smelling like gas coming out . DO NOT STAY HERE ! unless you have no where to go

Clean room Terrible shower pressure very good on site market. Nice pools. good location. Nice surrounding restaurants.

What a great deal! I expected to not have that great of a place due to the price but no, this place was great. Fun pool for the kids, great pool for the adults, nice private beach area, and free breakfast! Very happy. Location was nice and safe! I will be coming back

We enjoyed our stay but would have liked to have coffee in our room. Good location. Great place to stay for families.

Was disappointed in the quality of the room. The pics online didn't provide an accurate view of what I thought I would get. We didn't get fresh towels and there was only one washcloth, that never got replaced. There were two of us in the room. Also, I had reserved a king bed but got two full sized beds. The food was not great - lacked flavor.

We stayed for 2 nights. You get access to the beach, jetski rental, kayak rental. Ferry to isla mujeres is within walking distance. The hotel is nice. The food was ok and you dont get name brand drinks in the all inclusive package. But overall we had a good time and the price is reasonable for what you get.

I went on a solo trip to Cancun and stayed at Aquamarina. I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the hotel since I planned to be out most of the time doing excursions. I booked a package with the all-inclusive breakfast. The breakfast was about a 5/10 — not a lot of variety and mostly the same options each day. The hotel itself feels a bit outdated, but the front desk staff were nice. Overall, it was okay for a short stay. The beach is small and I didn’t end up swimming since I spent most of my time out exploring. The location is convenient though — close to tacos, Starbucks, OXXO, and a BBVA bank.

The staff are like family and they make you feel that way as well some of them have been here for 25 years many of them over 10 years! Its very well managed and operated and feels very safe! Lots of nice families playing in the pools and water park! Its is great value as well!
