"We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Grand Busan. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our bathroom was spacious and I loved the little mirror they provide for doing makeup, such a thoughtful detail. The toiletries are also very nice. Two things that can be improved: -The housekeeping staff kept forgetting to replenish bottled water in our room. -The pillows were too soft and lacked support for my neck. I was informed that I had to pay an extra fee just to rent a different type of pillow during my stay. Normally it should be free of charge."

"The room was clean and tidy which is the highest priority for me, they had many kitchenware, glasses etc. the view and balcony was the best of our whole stay! Enjoyed our stay so much and would come back! Only negative thing was that one out of two elevators were broken and not fixed while we were staying there, so it became a lot of waiting and the elevator was full most of the time having to wait even longer so they could get service quicker since there is quite many residents"

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet despite being in such a lively area. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful at all times. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always happy to assist with directions or recommendations. Another big plus was the great value for money. For the quality of service, comfort, and location, this hotel offers excellent value compared to many others in the area. "It is a decent value hotel in Songdo. You cannot see the beach. The interior facilities are fairly clean. It is early April, and I got bitten by mosquitoes in a few places, but the hotel's response was... not great..."

"Since it's a new place, it's perfectly clean and the facilities are excellent. The bedroom and living room are separate, which is great for ordering takeout! It's about a 5-minute walk from Busan Station, so if a short walk doesn't bother you, I highly recommend it."
