Raviens The Bayment Nampo

Location is fantastic. Its near BIFF area, and lots of shops and restaurants and beside the train station. Place has a living room, kitchenette and separate bedroom. 2 queen beds. 1 in living room, the other in the separate room. Good for families. Have to contact the service provider daily to pick up the rubbish which needs to be left outside the door. Even when i ask them to come daily, they will only come if you text them on same day. No cleaning of apartment at all. Can get very dirty, especially for long stays. The toilet could not flush. Water started to raise up which is very scary. They came to fix when i called them. But did not fix the loose toilet seat or the towel rack even when i mentioned in the chat. Well, at least the toilet flush works finally. Its more like apartment than hotel. But i find the need for daily communication for simple things like rubbish throwing a hassel. It could be done better if they can come daily automatically to pick up the trash.

The apartment located very near to the subway exit, and to BIFF square. It is a new building, good location, completed with ac & floor heater. Many restaurants around. The bathroom very small, everytime we take a shower, it will make the floor wet.

The room is clean and well maintained, there's a washer provided with the room so we were able to do laundry. The bed is comfortable, and the AC kept us cool, will definitely recommend staying here. Also, definitely ask ahead for body towels.

Second time staying here🤗 Moving around by public transport is not a problem at all, Jagalchi Station and busstops less than 5 minutes walk away. Many restaurants nearby BIFF Square.

Best location (exit 3 Jagalchi station 80m), best shopping (biff square+market)... Some shops close early if u like night walking u can't enjoy shopping.

The cleaning was not thorough. Corners were dusty. You can find disposable eye drops and shower gel sachet left behind by previous guests. The towel bar dropped and the induction stove cannot be used. The least they could do was to provide a microwave, else it defeats the purpose of staying at an apartment. Bath towels were not provided when we checked in and we need to wait for a day for the towels. There was no floor mat and hence we bought a floor mat from daiso. The blind in the room was thin and hence the room got very bright from 6am. Suggest you apply sunscreen to sleep. For some reason, there were fruit flies from the 3rd day onwards, even though we left the trash outside the apartment before we start the day Other than the above, the stay was comfortable.

Location is excellent. Just 2 minutes walking distance to Metro station. closed to the seafood dining, shops and night street market as well. I booked a family suite with one bedroom and 2 double beds. there is an open kichen with basic stuffs. more good, it has a washing machine. Very good! the only I comment and suggest service improvement is that daily replenishment water bottles and toilet tissue should be arranged. that will be more good.
