It was super clean! There were already a few towels in the room, but they also said we could grab more from the front desk, so we never ran out of towels. Leaving our luggage at the unstaffed front desk felt a bit nerve-wracking, but it was fine in the end, haha. If you need to ask the front desk anything, you can just call them. They spoke Japanese, so it's a great option even if you don't speak Korean!

The room that I checked in is not even close to the room that I booked (deluxe double room). Staff said every deluxe double room is different but completely different from what they posted and can’t change it due to all full. But everything else is pretty good. Cleanliness and location are great. Subway station(Line 4) are 10 minutes away by walking.

The service was excellent, and the location was fantastic, very close to both the subway station and the commercial district. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful; they even went the extra mile to dry and fold clothes forgotten in the laundry room. A quick tip for future guests: if you have many devices, remember to bring a power strip as there's only one wall outlet. All in all, a truly great experience!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The staff can speak english & Japanese. The room is clean and cozy. Location is very strategic to tourist place. Definitely, will return to this hotel again for next trip.

Great stay! We had a room on the 10th floor with an incredible view — definitely a highlight. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed every day, which we really appreciated. The location is very convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the main market, and Metro Line 1 connects you easily to the rest of the city. The service was good, and the front desk staff spoke English. For the price we paid, I recommend it 10000%!

Weight your own consideration before you booked this! Pro: 1. Location is okish- close to Airport Bus BUT check out the cons 2. Most of the receptionists and cleaners are very kind and warm! With the exception of the heavily makeup lady on 27th Dec who’s terribly rude Cons 1. Location - During winter, 15-20mins to Myeongdong commercial center or 8mins walk across dark alley to major subway (8mins walk from City Hall) is quite painful There’s nothing to see or worth eating in Namdaemun Market 2. Not sound proof at all. Watch the video and you can hear the vacuum sounds every morning from the room I didn’t have to set any alarm because the traveller and vacuum woke me up everyday 3. No security at all! Anyone can go up to any floor witht the lift and and staircase 4. No good amenities in room. Theres a big fridge but there’s no plate no microwave. There’s a small microwave at -1 floor but there’s no plate. For the price I paid for (HKD1k per night) I think there are better places to go 5. It’s a rip off to charge 10k per 4 hours instead of every hour. Other hotel either provide for free or charge hourly rate

The design was simple yet tasteful, and I never felt cramped while inside. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with just the right firmness for the pillows and duvet, allowing me to relax as soon as I lay down, leading to excellent sleep quality. The bathroom was also very clean, well-stocked with amenities, and the hot water was consistent, making for a truly refreshing shower. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to go out for meals, shopping, or use public transport, which simplified my itinerary planning. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good rest and relaxation. Whether you're traveling for leisure, business, or simply looking for a place to unwind, I highly recommend this hotel. It's genuinely comfortable, leaving a great impression, and it's a place I'd gladly return to.

The owner is an incredibly, incredibly, incredibly wonderful person! First, let's talk about the location: It's super easy to find. The bus goes directly to Dongdaemun Park, and you can see the hotel building as soon as you get off. The transportation is so convenient, you could find it with your eyes closed! Whether you speak Korean or not, traveling alone or with a companion, everyone will find it effortlessly! Next, let's talk about the environment: The room is absolutely spotless!!! The owner is a man, but he's incredibly meticulous. The decor is very cozy and warm. Lying in bed, you truly feel a sense of happiness. In Dongdaemun, for this price, the quality of the accommodation speaks for itself. Finally, about the owner: This is my first time writing such a long review on Trip.com, and I'm genuinely touched this time. From the night before I checked in, I added the owner on WeChat. From giving detailed transportation directions (both bus and subway) to the hotel's location, everything was explained perfectly. He sent a map of the hotel's location and videos guiding me with nearby landmarks. The owner works very hard; he's Chinese~ To keep prices low, he doesn't hire staff to clean the rooms; he does it all himself. I came during Christmas, and the owner even gave me a small gift. He's very enthusiastic. Even when I called him late at night for help, he never turned me down π_π This place is truly excellent. I highly, highly recommend it!

This guesthouse has such a warm and friendly vibe. My child left their phone on the airport shuttle, and the owner was incredibly helpful. She personally took us to the police station to file a report and made numerous calls, eventually helping us retrieve the lost phone. We were so touched and grateful! We've stayed here many times, and the location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere, which is really important for us! We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Wish they could have an overall 5 star rating and I will have rated it 5!! Booked the deluxe queen room and the hotel kindly accommodated my requirements for a quiet room so they did give me as best the quietest room at a corner between the roads. It was very very spacious and well kept but what made it Above 5 stars was , the last night I stayed, there was noise coming from one of the neighboring rooms. The front desk helped to arrange an alternative room at 1am (of course thankfully it wasn’t the peak season) but also helped to speak to the guest because I went back to my original room and it became quieter. Finally on check out, as I collected my luggage, a front desk officer ran out to gift me a bag of drinks and coookies to apologize for the noise! Wow, I have just recently travelled to Tokyo and in contrast had a poor and rude experience from the front desk and that hotel was like a 4.5 stars and Japanese were suppsed to be a lot more service oriented? Anyway, to not digress, prior to this, the front desk was always helpful with directions and spoke perfect english. I will highly recommend staying here and coming back again.
