I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The lounge had a great atmosphere and I was able to relax. The room was also very clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, and the staff were polite and pleasant. Plus, there are English-speaking staff, which I imagine is reassuring for international guests. On the other hand, the lack of Japanese-speaking staff was a little inconvenient. Also, it was very disappointing to see cleaning supplies left out in the hallway. I think if those points were improved, it would be an even more wonderful hotel. Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay here again.

The view from the accommodation was amazing. The swimming pool is divided into an outdoor and an indoor section. We used the indoor pool as it was the only one available for free extra use. Don't forget to bring your swimming cap! The breakfast was also delicious, and I had a completely satisfying staycation. If you get the chance, grab a coffee at the lobby cafe after checking out~ It's relaxing, beautiful, and wonderful. Next time, I'd like to try the outdoor pool too.

The hotel boasts a four-story free parking garage, which is perfect for those traveling by car! Our room even had a slide and a soaking tub. After a full day of sightseeing, coming back and taking a soak was incredibly relaxing!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Four stars, deductions mainly for hardware details) For our trip to Busan's Haeundae, we booked this two-bedroom, one-living-room apartment-style family room. Booking in advance made the price very reasonable, and it's perfect for groups or families traveling with children. ✅ Pros & Highlights: 1. **Excellent Location**: Right next to the heart of Haeundae's main street. You can step out and immediately find shops for browsing, shopping, and buying daily necessities, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's only three subway stops directly to Shinsegae Centum City department store, making shopping and dining hassle-free. 2. **Great Layout**: It’s a standard two-bedroom, one-living-room layout with two queen-sized beds (1.5m). The two bathrooms mean no fighting over facilities. It also has a separate living room and an open-plan kitchen, plus a washing machine in the room, which makes daily laundry and cooking very convenient. 3. **Unique Balcony & Amenities**: The most unique feature is the rotating balcony, offering a good view. There's a café on the ground floor where guests can have breakfast (I didn't pre-order breakfast). The overall space is spacious and has a strong homey feel. There are three air conditioners in the unit, providing ample cooling. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement: 1. **Housekeeping Request**: Unlike regular hotels, there's no 'make up room' light. If you want your room cleaned, you have to call the front desk to schedule it, which is quite inconvenient. 2. **Lack of Blackout Curtains**: The second bedroom only has a sheer curtain, no thick blackout curtain. As soon as it gets light, direct sunlight streams into the room, making it easy to be woken up and affecting sleep quality. I hope the hotel can add blackout curtains to improve this. 3. **AC Remote Control Issue**: There's only one remote control for three air conditioners. If you want to turn on the AC in different rooms, you have to keep moving the remote back and forth, which is very inconvenient to use. 4. **Hot Common Hallways**: The common hallways on each floor don't have air conditioning. When entering and leaving the room, the hallways feel noticeably stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall, the value for money is good, and the location and layout are very suitable for family travel. However, there are quite a few hardware details that could be optimized. Friends who are particular about blackout curtains and AC remote convenience might want to consider these points beforehand.

The service was attentive and I was very satisfied. Both the hotel facilities and the room were clean and I was very happy with them. However, I felt that the gym equipment was a bit subpar. Also, it was a bit inconvenient to have to transfer trains from the nearest station to the main station.

If there was a magic undo button, I'd never have chosen this Pullman. Complaint 1: Arrived on the first morning, walked into the lobby, and the staff member's first words were: "Check-in 3 pm." Not even a good morning or a friendly smile. For a moment, I thought I'd walked into a budget hotel. I just had to tell myself, 'Oh well, maybe this is the Accor standard in Korea.' Complaint 2: On the second day of our stay, after the room was cleaned, my daughter's personal baby blanket went missing. I reported it to the front desk that evening, but by the afternoon of the third day, there was no follow-up or reply. So, we proactively called the front desk again to inquire and were told it hadn't been found. That evening, I spoke to a duty manager, an Assistant Front Office Manager with glasses, explaining that this blanket was something my daughter used every night, had since she was a baby, and held significant meaning for us. I pleaded for them to look for it. After several excuses, the duty manager told me he would check the hallway CCTV, emphasizing that this was the 'last action' he could take. How could a blanket similar in color to hotel linens be clearly visible in a hotel hallway environment? This was clearly an attempt to shirk responsibility, not a sincere effort to help a guest find their blanket. That night, I canceled our dinner plans, and after my persistent insistence and inquiry about the general manager's email, the duty manager finally agreed to call housekeeping and the laundry supplier. By then, it was clearly a bit late. On the morning of the fourth day, just before checking out, I went to the lobby again to inquire about the matter. A concierge staff member named Roger assisted me and took me to the linen room. He took off his uniform and tried to find the blanket among a pile of used bedsheets from other rooms. This went far beyond his job description. Although the blanket wasn't found, his empathy for guests and problem-solving attitude far surpassed that of a certain duty manager. On the evening of the fourth day, we had already checked out and moved to another Marriott hotel – no longer startled by the '3 pm check-in' greeting, which is beside the point. That night, my daughter was heartbroken over her lost blanket until late, so I once again picked up my phone and wrote an email to the Pullman hotel in the middle of the night, asking for it to be forwarded to the general manager to continue the search for the blanket. It's now the seventh day, and I haven't received any reply from the general manager or the hotel. In summary, this was the first and last time I will stay at this Pullman. I never want to see it again in this lifetime.

The room offered a view of N Seoul Tower, and the bedding was so comfortable that I slept wonderfully. The surroundings were quite peaceful, and the service was excellent. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a tall, handsome guy who looked about two meters tall with long legs. The only downside was the early check-out time, but I suppose 11 AM check-out is standard in Korea.

Everything about this place was perfect! The pool was bigger than I expected, and having a jacuzzi made evening swims really enjoyable. Lying on the sun loungers truly made me feel like I was on an overseas vacation. It was pure urban relaxation... The room was incredibly clean, and the bedding was super comfortable! The Namsan Tower view was probably the best part. I'll definitely bring my parents here next time! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is a bit of a walk from Dongguk University Station, but the facilities are quite new. The hotel breakfast is definitely a highlight and very tasty, especially the Vietnamese pho. The fruit was also good.
