Amazing
GGuest UserWe booked for three people (with an extra charge, of course). At check-in, the front desk said they'd provide an additional set of bedding and a sofa bed. I was initially quite happy, as their attitude was good. However, when we made the bed that evening, we realized there was no bedsheet. I called the front desk to ask for one, expecting it to arrive quickly. Instead, there was a lot of back-and-forth, and communication was impossible. Then, an employee arrived empty-handed and used a translator to explain that they could only provide a pillow and duvet, claiming this was already 'special service' for us. Excuse me, I paid an extra fee for the extra bed! They said the sofa bed doesn't have a dedicated sheet. Fine, I understand. Then just give me a regular sheet; I can make the bed myself. How are you supposed to sleep on a sofa bed without a sheet?! Their response was that an extra sheet would be charged. Speechless 😓. After an endless loop of discussion (it was already past midnight!), they very reluctantly brought one sheet, saying it was 'just this once' and they'd charge next time. What the hell?! I'm staying for four nights at 1000 RMB a night – and this is the service?! Later that night, I discovered the bathroom drain was also clogged, but it was too late, and I couldn't be bothered to contact them again. When we returned from sightseeing, I found that even the main bed wasn't made as well as my daughter makes her own bed at home… Is this a hotel 'feature'? And the coffee provided by the hotel didn't even have an opening; I couldn't get it open at all. This really soured my mood for the trip! The only upside is that the room is very spacious, which I'm quite satisfied with. I just hope the service can match the quality of the hardware. Don't let such a great new building go to waste!

PPeck IPhoneOverall is good. Have to acknowledge this hotel giving their best as they could. Morning breakfast is included and service staff is so busy handling so many people (I suppose hotel almost full) but orderly. Food refilling fast once empty and up to standard. Variety good and spread acceptable though without much choices as place constraints. Hotel pricing under USD90 is good bargain for me with it location and surrounding access. Good for first timer coming to Busan to experience. Ktx station and subway station under 5 mins walk.

GGalaxyZView - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step. Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB). Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean. Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right. Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall. Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level. Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation. Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally. Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far, The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away. Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking. Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

ZZoNNeRGreat hotel, highly recommended to stay! Room: small, but that was enough for me, as everything needed was in the room. Room was very tidy, you can request cleaning 1 time every 3 days, but if you want to switch towels, you can just bring them to reception. Besides, even though tooth brush and paste aren’t provided directly, you can request those on the reception as well. You can use washing machine and dryer next to reception if required. Staff: very polite and respectful, perfectly speak English, will try their best to help you with any questions. Breakfast: self-service, you can pick everything you want, and actually everything I tried there was delicious. Location: 2 minutes from Nampo station, that is extremely convenient. A lot of shops and restaurants around, as well as several convenience stores. Just in 10 minutes you can get to Busan tower by foot. At night it’s very quiet.

GGuest UserThe cleanliness is consistently good, and the location is decent, just a short walk from the subway station. Service seems to vary depending on the front desk staff. The facilities appear good, probably due to a renovation, but there are some minor flaws here and there. Overall, I'm satisfied.

GGuest UserThe hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient. I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview. Whats disappointing: 1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change. 2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water, - bed not made, - floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and - toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

GGuest UserThis hotel provides the basic amenities that you will need. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel located along a restaurant district. It provides good access to the subway and the grand Lotte mall. Unlike what people had commented, the hotel was easy to locate. We were greeted by a beautiful row of cherry blossom trees the week of our stay. The owner of the hotel was very responsive to our needs and gave us what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had difficulty trying to hang out clothes or bath towels in the bathroom as there are no hanging bars or hooks. There is also no shower curtain so do request for more floor towels to prevent the water from getting to other areas of the bathroom. The host had found a side table for us to use in the bathroom. A point to note is that you would need to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room. The owner was very kind to help us carry our luggage to our room. The hotel is not for the fussy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe location is great—right in front of BIFF Street. The room is spacious enough to comfortably open two large suitcases. One of the best features is the separate toilet and shower area, which is quite rare in Korea. Essentials like shampoo, a hair dryer, and other toiletries are provided. They also have a handy machine that removes dust and dries your clothes—perfect if you don’t want to do a full wash but still want your clothes fresh and clean. The only minor downside is the uphill slope leading to the hotel, but it shouldn’t be a problem for most people with luggage.
