"Very good location with lots of eateries such as ramen street, Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Sapporo Underground Shopping Malls – Aurora Town & Pole Town. Train station Susukino station is just below the hotel. You can walk underground from the hotel’s Susukino station to Sapporo station in about 10 minutes if you do not wish to take the train (210 yen) Trains are easily accessible to and from CTS airport with elevators or lifts(unlike certain stations in Tokyo). Highly recommend this new and modern hotel that comes along with good staff service and coffee/tea."

"Very good location connect to shopping street. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. The room was very clean. There are free public bath and free  lounge to relax."

"I have continued to stay at this hotel continuously for 5 nights! That is how comfy they made me feel. Excellent service. I have made another booking and requested for the same room so I don't have to move and they have arranged it.Book for breakfast this time. A simple breakfast doesn't expect too much but is good enough to eat and start the journey of the day! Daily cleaning for towel changing and replenishing some items. Sheet changing will only apply for 3 days stay and above."

"Theatel Sapporo is a clean and easy stay for a night in the heart of Sapporo. The location is in the center and the beds are comfortable. Customer service is friendly and washroom really clean and good. Nothing negative to say except that the ventilation is a bit bad in the pods. For me it was a bit too hot."

"We searched high and low for the best hotel to stay in Sapporo and luckily found ABeST’s rooms were still available to fit 4 of us. The bathroom is clean, toiletries were prepared accordingly and i like how they prepared all these items (per picture) at lobby. I love the oil face wash 🙈"

"great and convenient location. Close to department stores such as Parco and close to 狸小路where shops and restaurants are. We have a room for 5. Rare to find family rooms that can house so many in one room. Clean. Onsen is nice. There are also ice-cream sticks at onsen changing area. Overall, a very nice place to stay"

"We stayed in a nice big family room for 4 which actually can accommodate 6 guests. Recommend for bigger families. The view from our room is amazing during a clear snowy morning… but the Sapporo experience is even better during a snowy winter night! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to be close to Susukino, Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Everything is close by but not too crowded and noisy. 👍👍👍"
