We’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

Amazing breakfast with a great view. Very friendly hotel staff. The microwave is downstairs next the reception. The spa(onsen) is not free, u need to pay ¥1300 but very clean and well looked after by the staffs so it is worth it for sure. I will definitely come back again for the convenience of location and the great breakfast

The location is super convenient, just 100 meters from JR Shin-Sapporo Station. (Personally, I find Shin-Sapporo Station even more convenient than Sapporo Station – fewer people, quicker to get in.) Plus, getting to downtown Sapporo is easy with the Sapporo Municipal Subway. The room is quite spacious with unobstructed views, making it feel very open and bright. Housekeeping is excellent; if you're staying multiple nights, they clean every four days.

The hotel is located between New Chitose Airport and Sapporo city center. It takes about half an hour to reach Sapporo. If you're looking to shop, staying in Sapporo is more convenient. However, this hotel is a good option if you have an early flight the next day. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell; I suggest the hotel improves its ventilation.

Outside the JR station and metro station, so if you stay here for a night before your trip to other parts of Hokkaido, it is a good place. If you are keen for shopping and city walk, it is a bit too remote.
