AAlbert gThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. To the right, you have the Duomo di Milano, and to the left, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The room facilities are excellent, the hotel feels very new, and the service is great. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Milan.

XXiaoyekudingThe room is large, with modern decoration style. The reception is full of handsome guys, and the service is warm and thoughtful! It is close to Milan Cathedral and shopping malls! There is a local gourmet restaurant opposite the hotel, and the breakfast is delicious!

GGuest UserGreat hotel for visiting the city. Staff were friendly rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right next to a tram line so getting about was easy (you can use contactless so no tickets needed). Would recommend for a visit to Milan

GGuest UserThe location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night. The cleaning staff is responsible and tidy the room good.

GGuest UserLocation is great, close to the Milano Central station. I tried a couple of restaurants around the hotel, it was very nice.
Hotel room is too warm for us, we cannot adjust the temperature in our room. The staff said the temperature is not adjustable as set by the government. Luckily, the window is openable, we got some cool air from outside.

GGuest UserEverything was excellent. The hotel's services and amenities far exceeded our expectations. The minibar was free and all drinks were restocked daily. From the front desk to the waiters, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The ”welcome chocolates” at the front desk were delicious, and the breakfast entrees were excellent, though the variety was a bit limited. This was the best experience my husband and I had at a five-star hotel in Italy, and we will choose this hotel again in the future.

GGuest UserThis is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.

AAnonymous UserI chose the largest room. Although the facilities are a bit old, they have everything you need. The hotel doesn't offer much else, but it boasts a large courtyard and a spacious paid parking lot at the back. Actually, there's free parking available outside the paid lot. Tip: The breakfast is quite average, so you might want to skip it.
