AAnatolii SarychevFor the first time, we arrived with his wife to the sacred city of Varanasi. When looking for a house, we stayed at the Heritage Inn. And not for nothing. The hotel is located in a quiet alley where the traffic is not very heard, and it is important, as it is particularly loud here. Staff on the respiratory, and at all in the hotel, very responsive and friendly. Settled fast.
In the room all the conveniences for comfortable stay. According to the standards of hotels in India, everything is very good. Yes, there are small ”coyotes,” but you close your eyes quickly.
There is an open terrace restaurant on the roof, with wonderful views of the old city and the Gang River. We have included breakfast standard for hotels: Indian or European. Also went here for lunch and dinner. The dishes are very delicious, they are not cooked for a long time. The most important thing is absolutely not sharp (this may be important to anyone). The staff at the restaurant is very polite and rushing, everything is fast and in the case.
Why I chose this hotel, so on the one hand, is a very close exit to the river on Assi Ghat, and at the same time far from the center, where, believe, life beats with such a key that can happen a light overload of the nervous system, and here, On the outskirts of the old city is much, much quieter.
If you like us want to visit Varanasi but do not want to live in the thickest of events, then you here, in Heritage Inn.

CCJ_TWThe location is perfect with a few minute to Manikarnika Ghat, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dashashwamedh Ghat. There are some restaurants and street food and markets nearby as well. However, as it is the central area and the traffic is busy all the time. It is possible that you might heat the horns in the room. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to request a relatively quieter room.
The staff were pretty attentive because they knocked on the door and asked if I would need house keeping. Once there was a problem with the hot shower. After checking, they helped me move to another room efficiently to make sure my stay was OK.
The room is spacious and clean. The mattress is just what I need, neither too hard nor too soft. And the hot shower is just the ticket for me after staying out the whole day to revive my energy.
Just one suggestion. If a hair dryer can be provided in the future, I believe most Asian travelers would love that.
All in all, if I visit Varanasi again, I’ll stay here for sure.

MMAYUI highly recommend staying at this hotel which is a great hotel.
We ran into trouble as soon as we arrived at Baranashi. It was still before check-in time, but when I went to Hotel Bagla Atithi Banaras, the front desk staff contacted the manager. The manager rushed to me immediately and supported me as much as I could. The manager was worried about us during our stay and spoke to us. If I hadn't met the manager and staff of this hotel, my memories in Varanasi would have been sad. But thanks to them, it was a wonderful stay.
This hotel is within walking distance of the most famous Dashashwamedh Ghat, located in the center of Varanasi. The location is also great. The hotel room, bathroom, bed, everything is perfect. The shower has plenty of warm water. The shower has plenty of warm water. the bed was large and clean, and it healed my tired body by walking around the city of Varanasi. If you are hungry, please go to the restaurant on the 4th floor. you can eat clean, warm and delicious food. All the restaurant staff are also very kind. We will never forget meeting the manager of this hotel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you very much.

BBonus Tawan1. The room I got was a standard room on the ground floor without windows which, in fact, the hotel should inform about on the room's description.
2. After entering the room, the tables and most of the furniture were a bit dusty, and the air condition had problems which required three staff solving it.
3. The duvet did not have a cover, so it looked a bit worn out.
4. After using the bath, water dripping from the geyser lasted for a while.
5. After complaining about the room, the manager, Suryakant Pandey, and his staff, Gauraf, showed their responsibility and promised to upgradte my room on the next day.
6.However, the day shift didn't know about it and insisted me to stay at the same room until I claimed about the prior upgrade from the night shift manager.
7. Luckily, the changed.
8. On the following day, the maid forgot to clean my room but the hotel owner was there and ready to get everything done.
9.The best thing of the hotel was the service that the night shift manager and his team helped me and understand what the customers wanted.
10.All in all, apart from the cleanness and readiness of the room, the hotel was just OK.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the view was amazing.
The staff was friendly and trustworthy. Security seems to be okay.
I liked being able to have breakfast while looking out at the Ganges.
You can request dry cleaning for your clothes.
I ordered in the morning and it was ready the next morning.
It's a bit difficult to find, so it's a good idea to use Google Maps as a guide (there is a hotel with a similar name nearby, and if you walk down the alleys, there will be people trying to lead you there).

But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel
Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call
Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy.
After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need .
Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food .
Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices
Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃

GGuest UserOverall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there.
There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

GGuest UserProperty is located on the bank of River Ganga ( Mir Ghat ). Rooms were clean , it could be bigger in size. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Staff behaviour was good as expected. They have a roof top restaurant . Food quality was good and tasty. You can enjoy scenic beauty of holly river Ganga from your balcony and window. Overall we enjoyed our holiday

GGuest UserLocation is amazing, around 50 m walk to 80 ghat , u can enjoy ganga aarti in evening, nice staff, beautiful ambience. Prices are not high, else it was a good experience staying there.
