Hotel is ok but better hotels are near the area

House keeping service was very good, his behaviour was very polite with costumer, Sandeep, tanu and Anil Yadav were very helpful

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Pinnacle Inn, Sarnath. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Special appreciation to Rohit Kumar from the housekeeping team for his excellent service, professionalism, and helpful attitude. He ensured everything was neat and comfortable throughout my stay. Excellent service. Food was delicious. Great place for pool party . 100 marks for Cleanliness. Prabhat and Shayam were coordinator who made are party blast by their great food and humble staff.

Sandeep yadav is very genuine person for any help in this hotel and he always helps in any problems.

Jyoti singh had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Instead of helping, they behaved arrogantly and made the whole experience uncomfortable. The way they talk to guests/customers is honestly shocking. Totally ruined the mood and left a very bad impression. Would never want to deal with this person again.”
