New Hotel Broadway

Really good

Switched rooms 3 times in 3 days. Upon arrival received room on noisy front street side of the hotel. Was given another room in the back of the hotel which was quiet. But the shower of this room (#203) on third floor had no pressure. So the following day switched rooms again, now on the first floor (#102) but when arrived back in the evening after the fire ceremony the airconditioning was not cooling all night. Did not want to pack suitcases and decided to stay in the room for the night. I had dinner twice in the hotel and had the best butter chicken in my life. Also the staff is very hospitable

Nice hotel centrally located and convenient to Assi Ghat and others. Nice in house restaurant with decent breakfast buffet as well as dinner and lunch options. Comfortable room, but as other reviewers have mentioned, traffic noise can be an issue if you are on the front side of the hotel, as we were.

Definately not 4 star more like 1 star. Dirty bedding and old dirty towels Could not see through the windows,so opened windows and discovered a/c unit outside window, complete with bird nest and dead bird and eggs at the back of it, and years of bird droppings on the window sill. It was absolutely disgusting. Phones were not working to ring room service, had to go down to restaurant to order. They took over 45 minutes to bring the meal, despite me reminding them TV remote was broken and taped together There was no minibar, and little choice at breakfast. I was hassled by certain staff for tips, and I will tip for good service if I get it

New Broadway Hotel, Varanasi,Centrally located , decades old infrastructure ; primarily promoted by brokers! Insensitive staff due to high customer inflow! Stinking rooms, Filthy linens , cramped beds, congested bathrooms ! You just want to get away!

Very clean hotel. Close to everything. Good value for money. All staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend .Even staff are do friendly and helpful in nature I found my best stay at new hotel broadway

Hotel is situated in prime location of Varanasi and unlike other hotel this has has huge parking space , their restaurant is amazing and offers best food in town which is a Aman e khas proximity of Ganga ghats are just walk away , proximity of Kanshi Vishwanath temple is also just 1.5 km from hotel , they have got rooms which are beautiful, I am quite happy with services of hotel , visit soon Varanasi Good job team hotel , bravo
