"This accommodation is an excellent choice, located right in the city center with easy access to everything. The bed is comfortable, and if you book a room with a balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of both the city and the sea. The staff are kind and very accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is satisfying, offering a good English breakfast. Rooms are clean with a strong shower, even on the fourth floor, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The place also embraces sustainability, providing basic but pleasant-smelling toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Overall, it’s a fantastic stay — I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to others."

GGuest UserStaff were very friendly and resort was amazing. Staff organised a birthday cake with candles and a letter for my sister without being made previously aware of the birthday. We asked for dinner recommendations for her birthday and came back to find birthday cake and card. Great selection of food and restaurants with ample sunbeds around the pools and beach for tanning. We had a late flight so staff collected our luggage from rooms and stored safely, allowing us to continue using the resort facilities. Also able to shower and freshen up in the departures lounge before heading to the airport. Overall great experience, would definitely go back.

GGuest UserBooked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms.
Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel.
Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60€ retail wine sold for 370€..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines
On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design.

MMeralThe hotel’s beach was very beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a woman and a man working at the bar in the morning were unfriendly. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty, and having fish every day was perfect for me. The daily cleaning and towel changes were great, because in other places I visited in Greece, they only did it once a week. Having it done daily made me happy. The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms weren’t soundproof, so children in the upstairs and next-door rooms were playing with balls and dragging furniture, which was quite disturbing. Overall, I left satisfied. Thank you, Mistis Family Village.

From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such care, professionalism and genuine hospitality. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly makes Casa Paradiso exceptional is the people. A very special thank you to Despoina, who was incredible throughout the entire planning process. She was always responsive, organised, reassuring and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Planning a wedding from abroad can be stressful, but Despoina made everything feel effortless. Thank you also to Maria, George and Vasilis for their kindness, hard work and attention to detail. Every member of the team made us and our guests feel so welcome, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about making our day memorable. The food, service, accommodation and overall organisation exceeded our expectations. So many of our guests commented on how wonderful everything was. Thank you all for helping create memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We would wholeheartedly recommend Casa Paradiso to anyone looking for a beautiful venue and an exceptional team. With gratitude, J&E

BBarbaraPleasant one-night stay, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Located in a quieter area than the center of Kos, just steps from the long sandy beach, shops, taverns, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

ИИрка-путешественницаA very pleasant hotel with only one drawback, which can also be considered a plus: it's located a little way from the nearest town of Masteheri. Walking there during daylight hours is easy and pleasant: a beautiful path runs along the sea. However, after dark, you'll have to either take a taxi or walk in the dark. The path along the sea and part of the road are unlit. The hotel always offers a delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, I don't eat much, but I really enjoy what I do eat. They have different types of omelets, lots of vegetables, mushrooms, olives, fruit, and snack sandwiches with tomatoes and cheese (top notch!). That's what I eat)) And there are also lots of baked goods, cakes, sausages, ham... In short, no one will leave hungry, even me with my restrictions and diets. 😄 The rooms are cozy and clean, the reception staff is pleasant and polite. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is huge, like a mirror, and there are picturesque palm trees everywhere. The sea is nearby, the beach is gorgeous, and the sunsets are scheduled every evening, each one better than the last. P.S. Again, it's all about the food. 🤣
