Horoble hotel. Dated. Dirty rust. No service. Poor cleaning. Breakdance their own rimes anout towl and linnen service. No cleaning of room and when you ask for it they scoulde you loudly. Food is bland. Live fishes are suffering from low oxygen. Broren door locks. Chips another hotel.

If you ever consider booking at this hotel, reconsider. When we arrived, we Got pointet in the direction og our rooms, and then we could walk off with our loggage to look for our rooms, with our soutcases, that we had to hall up to the 1 floor, because there is no elevator..The food is bad, cleaning is non eksistent, I had the same dirt on my flores for 3 days, I had to ask to get my flores swebt, we had to ask for new towls after 3 days, we were promised new towns 3 times a week, and new bed sheets 2 times a week they weren”t changed once during the week, we stayed there. My friend was yelled at by the receptionist the next day, because we asked for towls, cups and glases weren”t changed once, i drank form the same cup all week, complaining didn”t work. it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel it is barely a 2 star hotel. The sope holder comes of the Wall, because it is held up by to sides sticky tape, the dores are broken and hard to open and close. The drains in the pool are loose, and in the swim ups the drains are rusty, the outsides of the swimups are brown and discusting. Fore your own sakes. CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL. Er takket to multible guests, and they were alll dissattisfied by this hotel.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. Before our departure, we asked the reception staff whether a late checkout would be possible due to our flight schedule. We were assured that it was not a problem. However, the next day we were unexpectedly charged for the late checkout. When we tried to clarify the situation, another receptionist was extremely rude and raised their voice at us, claiming that we should have known the checkout policy ourselves. This was particularly frustrating because we had relied on the information provided by hotel staff. Mistakes can happen, but being given incorrect information and then being treated disrespectfully when seeking an explanation is unacceptable. Customer service should be professional, consistent, and courteous. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression and overshadowed our stay.

We stayed at Aegean houses in lambi . We have stayed before and while we were there booked for next year. The staff are amazing , the food is exceptional and people come here year after year . We were also upgraded and that was a bonus , a big thank you from us .

I arrived at the hotel at 12:00 am. I paid 165 euros. There was no water in the room. I went to reception and asked for a bottle of water. They gave me a small bottle of water. It didn't matter what time you arrived, they didn't give me a bottle of water. If a child asked for a small water, there was no water. There was no water. Money didn't matter, there was no water. You'll die of thirst here. This is unacceptable, there's no explanation. I'll find a market at 2:00 am to buy water, and come back. How can there be no water in a big hotel? You can't sell me water at a price. I can't believe it. They're truly incredible. The worst hotel I've ever seen. If you're going to come here, you have no respect for yourself.

We are extremely satisfied with this hotel — this was our second stay here, and it felt just as welcoming as the first time. The staff and the manager are incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. We are especially grateful to the manager for her outstanding care and attention, which is exactly why we chose to come back — to thank her personally. The food is good, the hygiene is excellent, and the rooms are practically designed and very comfortable. I had a wonderful four days stay at Lambi Resort. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The swimming pools are great and Lucas in the pool bar was polite, chatty and made super tasty cocktails. Cleanliness was top notch both in the room and public areas. The restaurant had a good selection and the food was tasty. We didn’t try the snack bar. It is not too far from the city centre and the beach is very close. The staff in all areas is very nice and helpful, they made us feel like home. Many thanks! We are looking forward to come back. We just returned from our vacation a week ago and want to thank the entire staff once again – you are all so friendly and attentive! We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The room was always perfectly clean, although we had expected the Junior Suite to be a bit larger. The evening entertainment was always very enjoyable. We found something delicious at the buffet every day. Special thanks to siblings Aurora and Marios at the Lobby Bar, who always greeted us with a smile and with whom we had great conversations. Thanks also to the reception team, who were always available for our questions and requests – whether it was renting bikes, calling a taxi, or ordering a lunch package. A particular shoutout to Irini for her wonderful tips. All of you contributed to making our first holiday on the island of Kos truly special. The staffs are really very helpful. The service is generally great. Highly recommended. It is some 15-20 mins away by bicycle to the beach and city where it’s all happening. So you need to actually have that in mind. I spent first 3 days still figuring out how/where to move.
