More of a review about the new Greek restaurant, First of all Captain and Georgie were amazing and Captain explained the menu to us when we needed. My wife was not a fan of one of the starters and Captain was so quick to help her with a new decision and was so understanding that she just wanted to try something new. The rib eye steaks were cooked to perfection. Georgie recommend the dessert which was a sugar syrup cake and put a smile on our faces AND ON OUR PLATES :) All the food was 10/10 well presented and delicious. Thank you for our lovely heart cake to celebrate our honeymoon was so lovely of you guys

Just home from a great holiday staying at this hotel. We were delayed therefore did not arrive until 2am yet still we were greeted at the entrance where our cases were loaded onto a golf cart. Once checked in we were taken to our room on the golf cart, the room was a good size, very clean with a large size bathroom. We also had a balcony. Sandwiches and drinks were also provided due to our late arrival. The hotel is absolutely stunning, exceptionally clean with well maintained gorgeous gardens. There are several pools with plenty of sun loungers. The adults only pool area is a welcome bonus. Sofia who works on the pool bar in the adults area is lovely she is very friendly polite. There is also an adults only lobby bar with branded drinks served by Bill. Bill is very attentive & welcoming & liked by all the guests. All the restaurants were very clean tidy & well managed by the manager Nikos He was very helpful & friendly, he also an expert at making Ice Coffees. All waitressing staff were very friendly & helpful. One member of staff stood out in particular, she was called Pavlina, she was very attentive, efficient & friendly to all guests using the restaurant. The main pool area was ideal for families & large groups. Mike the waiter was funny & friendly. There is a great added addition of a private beach with beach bar, sun beds & toilets. However you will need beach shoes if you want to go in the sea as it is very stony. A few minor tweaks needed to improve the overall hotel experience. A lot of the cooked food was cold including food that was under heat lamps & the vegetables in covered serving containers. I would recommend if you want hot food then choose carefully, pick food that is being cooked on the hot grill plates or food that has just been replenished. I was looking forward to trying the traditional Greek dish Moussaka on the Greek night but this was spoilt as it also was cold. The entertainment needs improvement for adults. There were a lot of adult guests but very limited entertainment with only one evening Greek dancing which was very good. Most entertainment is aimed at families hosted by the animation team. I am sure if the higher management team had adult family staying they would not expect them to watch children’s entertainers every night. All in all we had a great holiday. The amazing staff at this hotel make this hotel, they are an absolute credit.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 days and we had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. We were greeted by the lovely Lena who was incredibly welcoming and professional. Our room was gorgeous - incredibly clean and very comfy. All staff we encountered were so friendly, especially the entertainment girls run by the amazing Dominika. Thank you so much to all the staff who made our stay so great, before we left we were already planning our return!

This is our fourth visit to this lovely hotel and no doubt it won't be our last! Our room was great with a view over the sea to Türkiye. All the staff were very friendly and the animation team did an excellent job. A big shout out to the gentleman who serves the coffees and drinks in the reception bar - we enjoyed our chats and to the lady who works in the boutique at the hotel. The beach area had been done up since our last visit but bring sea shoes if you are planning on going swimming in the sea. We hired bikes via the reception and went into Kos town on the bus. The bus is never on time but it costs 9 euro in a taxi. All in all the most restful holiday we have ever had, thank you x

I had two massages with Antigoni during my stay, and both were amazing. She is highly skilled, professional, and very friendly. She quickly found the areas with tension in my back and shoulders and provided exactly the treatment I needed. I felt so much better afterwards. Thank you, Antigoni, for the wonderful experience – I would highly recommend her to everyone!

Because they really deserve 5 star , despite the bad reviews you read from Joel or others … I am in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years and I have been in many places in Greece and around the world , I myself I worked with 2 Michelin star chef and top someliers in France .Our room was great and we really recommend it for family type 112 Grand Suite . The swiming pools are 5 in total so one for little ones with small slides it is really a blast for 4 years and 6 years old , then there is a pool with bigger slides , 2 types of slides enjoyed by the adults as well , then another 3 relative big pools , one for adults only , clean everywere . There is also a small shop but with everything you might need or just forgot at home with inflatables souvenirs as well , very helpful I find it …. A shop with beautiful clothes as well . The spa was great I had a salt scrub that made my skin wonderful , they have some organic creams that I forgot to buy and not to mention there is another big indoor pool, amazing and very romantic, with the long white cotton curtains looking at two olive trees and a waterfall… … there is water everywhere I mean people really don’t know to review hotels no offence …the entertainment & kids club are awesome too, the entertainment team is doing amazing shows and they really care about the kids who are coming in the kids club . The restaurant Caccio e Pepe needs more confidence in the menu , but is good , the Taverna restaurant makes great food in the evening and Kostas and his colleagues are also good and caring about the guests , and serving is also very good . I have tasted a rose wine from Kos …. I can still feel it because it was very good , can be found in Caccio e Pepe restaurant which has a breathtaking view of the sea . The only thing as a chef I would change in terms of food I will make fire live barbecues with fish meat and veggies and salads bar and ban sunflower oils & deserts 🫀☺️ the fruits are more than enough , one traditional Greek desert but good .The raw beach is superbe with stones & sand but you need special shoes to enter the water although it will be a bit hard , especially for kids .The view from the beach and the sunsets are another cure for the soul …. So if you are unhappy with your life and you really search dry drops of water on the tap , or , I don’t know , corners with a bit of dust , better stay home and have some healing therapy somewhere instead of judging all and everything . Yes there is a lifeguard because I saw some reviews regarding this aspect . The towel girl it is really nice , I don’t know why someone commented she was not , there are tennis courts and football field amazing. There is a gym as well and the roses from the spa entrance needs to be end cut to boom again ☺️ because I love roses I wanted to do it myself because I love it maybe next time …. I hope I didn’t forgot something , but I can assure you will have a great holiday .Cheers!

This is easily the best hotel we have stayed in for years which is mostly down to the wonderful staff. They work their socks off and are friendly and welcoming in every area of the hotel. We had a double room near the reception building. The room was massive and very clean, the bed was really comfortable and there was a full size sofa so you’re not always sitting on a bed. There was loads of storage plus extra pillows and even slippers. The wifi was fine, not super fast but you could pick it up everywhere and there’s also a decent phone signal. The food was excellent. The theme nights were the best, Asian, Mexican and Greek. But even the standard nights provided a great choice, good quality and too many desserts to choose from. Hence an added 8lbs in weight. The all inclusive was great, with a good cocktail/mocktail menu, branded spirits and decent beer. There are 3 lovely pools to choose from and the staff were enforcing the no sunbed reserving before 9am rule. Which was great, no alarms to set and no crazy early starts. We wandered down about 8.40, picked our spot and caught up on the news until 9 then went to breakfast. That worked well for us. The family entertainment was ok. The team worked hard and were very friendly but it wasn’t really for us so we spent many of our evenings in the lobby bar that backed onto reception. We called it the love island bar because of how it looked. Kos Town is a must, with quaint narrow streets, nice shops and restaurants and an incredible amount of historical sites to view for free. There are two small museums which charge €10 but worth it if you like the history. Taxis are a problem though and you can wait for ages to get one from the hotel and even longer from town to come back. But never fear.. the number 2 bus stops near the hotel and drops by the harbour in Kos Town. And definitely hire some bicycles. They are €5 for a full day and the whole route to town is totally flat along safe cycle lanes. You can park anywhere in the harbour area and spend as long as you want without worrying how you’ll get back. We got ours from Steve’s Bikes which is by the entrance to the blue lagoon hotel next door. Also there are loads of electric scooters all over the place. We planned to get a taxi back one night after getting the bus down to the town, but the queue was mad so we hopped on a couple of scooters and made it back in 20 minutes. It would take 40-50 mins to walk to town so the bikes and scooters are a brilliant option. Definitely recommend Mylos Beach Club for a drink or a meal. It’s on the way to the town and is the prettiest place to spend an hour or two. We had an amazing 12 night holiday and our thanks to all the staff. In particular (sorry for lack of names) the lady who welcomed us at the restaurant for every meal, the team at the pool bar, “the boss” at the lobby bar, the guy at the Italian restaurant, the captain at the Mediterranean restaurant (both part of the all inclusive and worth booking) an

Well, to summarize it all, don’t spend you hard earned money in this hotel. Don’t get me wrong there are nice things about this place. The structure of the hotel is very nice, with nice pools. The employees are friendly and professional ( with the exception of the lady in the towel station who was unfriendly and rude, maybe she should learn how to speak to clients!!!). Now, the worst aspects! The food was like eating in a canteen, it was tasteless, mostly the same everyday and cold. The room assigned to our family was old, the furniture super used and old. The cleaning of the room was terrible, they never changed the bedlinen for a whole week, what an experience for a 5 star hotel!!! As a gesture of goodwill they extended our check out until 5pm, ok, that was nice, but please, this is not the place where you want to spend your vacation! Do yourself a favor and book much nicer hotels in the island, such Mitsis or Ikos!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was excellent: the beautiful resort, the delicious food, the clean facilities, and the friendly atmosphere. A very special thank you to Sofia the bartender at the adults-only pool. She was always so kind, welcoming, and cheerful. Her service was outstanding, and she made the best iced coffees—we'll definitely miss them! She really made our holiday extra special. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will gladly recommend this place and hope to come back again in the future!
