Hotels near Piccadilly, London

Pros: 1. Central location near Civic Street, with plenty of shops and amenities nearby. You can even shop for souvenirs after 9 PM, as there's a good variety available. 2. The decor is very new and modern. 3. The individual capsule spaces are comfortable, especially for those under 1.6 meters tall. They're equipped with ventilation fans, convenient charging points, and hooks. Cons: 1. The entrance was under renovation, making it hard to find at night. 2. Self check-in is available, but the 10:00 AM check-out time often leads to crowds. The check-out instructions were unclear; many guests were just standing around waiting for staff assistance when they should have been using the self-service machine. 3. Luggage storage costs £15, and overnight storage is an additional £5. I opted to just leave my luggage in the aisle next to my capsule, as there was CCTV, so I wasn't worried about it getting lost. 4. The bathroom is a bit far from the capsules, which is inconvenient for midnight toilet runs. Also, the bathroom mirrors are too high for Asian women. 😂

Location is the absolute highlight, but inadequate housekeeping significantly detracted from our stay. The hotel boasts an amazing, central location with easy tube access and walking distance to many sites, plus lovely seasonal lighting nearby. The room, while compact, featured comfortable bunk beds that the kids loved and a good shower. Minimum design with simple wooden frame make the room simple. However, service was a major letdown. The setup is windowless and compact, leading to a lack of fresh air. Crucially, housekeeping was almost non-existent. For a six-night stay, we were disappointed that the bathroom—specifically the sink (which drains very slowly) and toilet—was never cleaned, despite an explicit request after the scheduled 'cleaning' night. Occasionally, noisy corridor noises late at night. Overall: Fantastic location and functional beds, but the inconsistent and poor housekeeping (especially the lack of a bathroom clean) is a serious issue.

Warm welcome, and friendly service. Very clean and quiet hotel. Close to the train, coach and tube service. As well as an assortment of cafes and restaurants to suit individuals pockets. Clean bathrooms, with luxury towels, and fragrant shower gel. Clean kettle with well known coffee, tea, milk and sugar sachets. Crisp clean warm sheets to welcome you to bed.

Expect noisy underground sounds that you can hear in the room. My room toilet light cannot completely switch it off, so not sure if that happens to all rooms or just mine. All rooms are located in -4 and -5 level which means all rooms would be no window. Room is comparatively small but if only staying just one night I think this is fine. Location is walkable distance to Elizabeth line so it is convenient if you go to or from Heathrow. Very self service. Check in check out all need to do on your own. So no service can comment about.

Excellently placed for theatres and many famous tourist attractions all within walking distance. The room was spotless and the shower was roomy and powerful. Breakfast was plentiful and the views over London rooftops was quite spectacular both at breakfast and in the evening whilst dining at the restaurant on the 10th floor.

The location was perfect as it was only a 10 minute walk from the party. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The only thing that let the hotel down were the lifts. I know they are waiting for parts to fix them, but only one was working and it was unbelievably slow. Also it was difficult to tell if you had called the lift as not all the lights worked or appeared to work randomly so you had no idea if the lift was coming or not.

The location is fantastic, right outside Trafalgar Square and within walking distance of Chinatown, Soho, the British Museum, and Big Ben. It's very convenient. The front desk was very welcoming. I checked in with a green card, and when I left in the afternoon, my luggage was already in my room. I checked out with a pink card. It was very organized. The hotel is small, and the room was completely full with just two suitcases. But in an area where space is so expensive, I was very satisfied with the price. The cleanliness was excellent.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from King's Cross Station. It feels newly renovated, with modern facilities and good hygiene. The front desk is open 24 hours, and it offers great value for money.

Nice location, small room, clean and friendly staff, suitable for single travel

Good location. Our room was on the top floor. Shower bathroom was clean but the shower head was leaking, really confusing water regulation or it was broken. Toilet seat was loose. Bedding had foreign hairs. You get what you pay for but I will not recommend this hotel primarily as I paid extra for breakfast and when we arrived it turns out it comes standard with the stay, feels like I was misled. The breakfast itself is definitely not worth it even for free - pastries, cheese, deli meats were stale. Coffee ok.
