"Hotel is located very near to train station. Stayed for 3 nights and we love this place. Breakfast is delicious though the same everyday, hope they can improve through alternating the breakfast menu. Gym is spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping is decent and beds are comfy. Counter staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall a nice hotel which we highly recommend."
"Very friendly and helpful receptionist ( the female one, curly hair); stylish internal design, and it's a short bus trip from the centre train station. Free hot drink is definitely a bonus."
"Very comfortable and cozy facilities and delicious breakfast. Hamburg's famous canals are also nearby, making it a great place to take a walk."

Very Good
JJasmine00Service was good, can keep the bag for us after check-out,room was clean, the location not very good but you can catch the bus to the HBF station. Breakfast is good but the options have to be improved.
GGuest UserHotel is located in walking distance of Hamburg Hbf, which is very convenient! Small downside is, that there are quite some homeless people and junkies around these kind of areas. We observed a junkie who was checking out a stolen (?) bag for its content on two nights while we were walking back to the hotel. Another advantage is the proximity of a car rental, which even allows for the cars to park there over night, so that one does not need to book the hotel Garage for €20/night! (Enterprise autovermieting) Rooms were ok, on lower floors with aircon and window can be opened. Bf was fine, but there was not enough space for the huge amount of guests, so they opened some rooms next to the main bf room, partly without electricity, which means that we had bf in the dark 😊. Gym has no mats for Yoga or the like. Showercaps have to be requested. Executive lounge just good for fetching some extra drinks or small snacks, but nothing special. Staff extremely friendly!
GGuest UserWe chose this hotel because the Barclays Arena is easily accessible on foot. Check-in at the terminal was seamless. I found the parking price (€15) a bit high, but it was acceptable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was the intrusive cleaning staff. Check-out is at 12 pm, and from 8 am onwards, the cleaning staff kept coming and going, wanting to enter our room. Based on previous reviews, we didn't book breakfast. The furnishings are very basic, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. It was a very pleasant stay.
GGuest UserBooked B&B hotel hamburg, as a last minute deal, this is a clean and mordern hotel, which is located outside of the main strip in hamburg, which had good transport links or walking distance if you dont mind walking. Easy self checking when you arrive, we booked a double room, which was pleasant enough. Room is keyless but code pad required, so you'll need to write the number down or take a photo. There was no tea or coffee facilities or bottled water, but for the price dont blame them. Cosy double bed, nice shower. We didnt have the breakfast but did look yummy as we left. Would encourage a stay here, but we did experience noisy neighbours in the morning, who allowed their children to run up and down at 6:45am two days in a row!!! And yes it was the weekend, respect clearly wasnt top of the parents minds sadly. Room was also quite hot, despite turning the heating off, was still quite hot with no function to turn down. Was on a main street so unless you want to feel like your sleeping on the street ask to be located to the rear (not street side). We did have a pleasant stay here and feel others would have a good time too.
GGuest UserIt is ideally situated in between the central bus and train stations. Bed is very comfortable and honestly, had one of the best sleeps I had on my first night (when there was only two of us in the room). My second and third night were ruined by new guests that were snoring way louder than the rumblings of the train passing by lols. Had great view from the room window. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly; truly appreciated that! 👍☺️ Oh! And the elevator is erm… unique 😛
