Novotel Hamburg Central Station

The location is super central. The main train station (Hbf), the shopping promenade, and Europa-Passage are all within walking distance. Jungfernstieg and the Inner Alster lake are also very easy to reach. There are at least three U-Bahn (subway) stations within a 5-minute walk, making it incredibly easy to explore the entire city with an HVV ticket.

The cleanliness wasn't entirely satisfactory. However, the location and price were quite reasonable. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

The location is excellent, especially being very close to the train station. Everything is within walking distance. The staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and hygienic, the only issue was that the air conditioning wasn't working, but they brought a fan.

The hotel is well-located, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and not too far from the city center. Our room overlooked a quiet inner courtyard. The room itself was quite spacious and pleasant. However, the cooling system wasn't very powerful. Also, the double bed is small, and the thick duvet makes a lot of noise and wakes up both people as soon as one moves (and makes you hot).

This hotel is splendid! It's new, clean, and the rooms are spacious. The shower and all bathroom amenities, including soap, shampoo, and shower gel, are all from Rituals – absolutely fantastic! The location is superb; it's about a 5-minute walk to the train station, but not in a sketchy area; quite the opposite, it's very civilized. All the major tourist attractions are nearby! We were able to check in early, and the staff were incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. Check-out at 12:00 PM is also a huge plus, especially compared to many hotels that have an 11:00 AM check-out. I wish this hotel continued success and always happy guests!

The location is super convenient, really close to Hamburg's main train station and also easy to get to the airport. Everything in the city center is within walking distance. The hotel itself feels pretty new and is generally quiet, though the bed was a bit too soft for my liking.
