We had a short stay, nice hotel, nice staff and food also great location (10 minutes walk to Hamburg central station)

Overall, we were satisfied with staying here. Especially, even though we arrived very early due to the flight, they accepted early check in and we could take a rest. We really appreciate for their services. Regarding the location, it is not bad however, the route from Humbug station to the hotel is quite unsafe as it looks many immigrants are there.

I usually choose this hotel when I'm on a business trip to Hamburg. As it's an American chain, the rooms are quite spacious, and the extensive breakfast is a major highlight. It's quite convenient to get here from the airport or the main train station, but the 10-minute walk to the main train station is pretty dirty and messy.

The room was tiny, and the management was a mess. There was no internet in the room, and they even tried to tell us we didn't know how to operate it! Can you believe there was no fridge? Then, when we went to take a shower in the evening, the faucet was broken and wouldn't even turn on! Since there was no maintenance staff, we had to switch rooms, but they made us take all our luggage out of the room first before going down to the front desk on the first floor to get a new key card! We had to stand in the hallway in our pajamas, waiting for my family to go get the new key card!!! Once we switched rooms, the internet magically worked fine! I have no idea what kind of horrible room they put us in before. Seriously, do NOT choose this place!

For the hotel, from the staff, the room to the breakfast, there is nothing to complain. Staffs are professional, room is clean and comfy (although room is small for a family of 4), and breakfast was really good. The only downside is the location, it's close to hbf, and we don't really feel safe at the area nearby..... but you come from Berlinertor side, I think it's alright. But it's not anything the hotel can do i guess.

The hotel is conveniently located near both the U-Bahn station and Hamburg Hbf, and the rooms are pleasant. I wasn’t allocated a higher-floor room or one with a better view, but the check-in process was smooth, and I was given an early check-in at 1:00 pm at no additional cost. The pricing was on the higher side, though that seems typical for this time of year.

Good experience staying at the hotel. Large supermarket nearby. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Weird that not all the rooms have mini fridge, will be good to check with the staff during check-in if you need one.

Top quality hotel, comfy bed, clean room, tasty ala carte restaraunt menu and friendly staff. Adequate gym and great sauna layout with drench shower, purified cold water dispensor and outside rooftop cool down area with good views of the city. Close to train station. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
