We were very impressed with the service and the reception – on a scale of 1 to 10, we would give it 10 or 11 points. We have stayed in many beautiful hotels, but this one truly stands out. The spa area, in particular, was exceptionally well-maintained and clean. The pleasant aromas in the lobby were also unique and immediately put us in a holiday mood. However, we do have one small point of criticism: On our departure day, we were disturbed twice by housekeeping – once at 10:00 a.m. and again shortly before 11:00 a.m., even though our check-out time wasn't until 11:00 a.m. We understand that housekeeping is demanding work, but guests' privacy should be respected. This unfortunately made our morning a bit stressful, something we haven't experienced before. The room was large and clean, with all the necessary facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. However, it was a bit of a distance from the shopping center. I especially loved the design of the window sill; it had a very relaxing feel.
