Good location to stay at if u wanna explore Ciqikou Ancient town. Quite a large town with lotsa nooks n crannies to get lost in. Love the Hotel's smart voice control for ac, curtains, music n tv!

Local living with a great view of the Ciqikou Ancient town, comfortable stay. Elevator and Escalator access to the 2F Office. Suggestion for hand soap and lotion in the washroom, and maybe option for service cleaning in between multiple night stay would be helpful.

This is an excellent hotel. It’s located near Shapingba railway station (exit 8 of the metro and turn left). There’s an amazing view from the 41st floor. I had a very nice and quiet room. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety of dishes, both Chinese and western. The staff at the hotel are fantastic and very helpful. Thanks in particular to Grace who helped with with a Meituan delivery

The receptionists were kind and helpful, me and my boyfriend had a problem with food delivery and they helped us a lot, so we can had a refund and the food. We recommend this hotel🥰

As someone who also works in the hotel industry, I highly recommend this place. Advantages: The receptionist was very helpful and attentive. She proactively added my license plate number for easy access to free parking. Since the rooms are located in the woods and somewhat scattered, she even packed my dinner and delivered it to my room. At night, when a large goose flew into my room, she came to catch it for me at 1 AM without any complaints. The security guard was also very kind and helpful. He escorted us to our room and directed us to park closer to it. The rooms are situated in the forest, so the humidity is quite high. The receptionist kindly suggested we turn on the electric heater to dry the sheets and blankets. The room was basically fully equipped, including a 3-in-1 charging cable, and there were no extra charges for any amenities. The linens were of good quality, high-density and thick, and the towels and bath towels were also quite thick, showing the owner's willingness to invest in quality during the opening. The bathroom has a heater, so showering in winter is fine. The air conditioning is a single unit, not central, so you can adjust the temperature in your room as needed, unlike with central air conditioning. We stayed at Zhanglintai Hotel. The hot water was readily available and plentiful. Even at night, walking through the woods, we could smell a faint fragrance in the air. A small suggestion for the hotel: The mouthwash cups on the sink had adult marks. I hope the housekeeping staff can clean them properly, as I didn't use them. The tea set was dusty, indicating it wasn't frequently dusted due to low usage. There was a small sofa and coffee table. Adding a small chair next to it would have been much more convenient; otherwise, the sofa was a bit cramped for two people. I later asked my sister to bring in an outdoor chair for dinner. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was beautiful, but because it's in a forest, there was a lot of dew in the mornings and evenings, making the glass less clear. I suggest housekeeping arrange for the windows to be cleaned regularly with a magnetic brush. Since your windows are double-glazed, most strong magnets on the market can pick up the dew. Cons: Upon check-in, a lady might not have checked the room status and didn't know someone was in our room. She knocked once and opened the door with the master key, but thankfully it only opened a crack. Luckily, I was wearing clothes. I suggest knocking twice, then knocking a third time while opening the door slightly to avoid misunderstandings. A suggestion for guests: I saw reviews mentioning severe corrosion and cracked walls. I want to say that this hotel opened in 2021, four years ago, and is located in a forest in Chongqing. Chongqing is already humid, and forests are even more humid, so the preservation is quite good. I didn't find any serious decay, just some marks on the stone, which doesn't matter. Since you're staying in a mountain forest, you can't compare it to city hotels. Besides, they've maintained it very well; it's not much worse than hotels in the city center. Additionally, you can boil and scald any hotel items you want to use. I scalded the glasses and tea set I found in the bar drawer. I also scalded my mouthwash cup, but the stain was so hard to remove that I didn't use it; I used the glass to brush my teeth instead. This also sterilized the kettle and sink with high heat, so they're all safe to use. The sheets and blankets were very damp. Besides using the electric blanket to dry them, you can also turn the air conditioner to dehumidify. After a while, you can lift the blankets to air them out. After airing for a while, they're no longer damp, and we slept comfortably. Well, it's been a long time since I've written such a long review. I might go back to this place again in the future; it's a way to inject a little peace into our hectic lives.

A clean and spacious hotel rooms that is conveniently located above the train station. A good stop over for anyone who needs to rest for a train journey.

Great stay and amazing service! Really good value for money. I have to give a big compliment to the front desk — they were super kind and helpful. I was traveling with my family and chose this hotel because it has hot springs. We stayed before at the nearby Shangquan Hot Spring Hotel, but this time decided to try the International Hotel. One of my family members got injured, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite when we checked in. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff also helped arrange our other room close to the suite, which made it easier for us to stay connected. The twin room we booked at first had a bit of a smell, but the hotel quickly helped us change to another one next to the suite the next day. There’s a connecting door between the two rooms, which was really convenient. Thank you so much for the upgrade and thoughtful service! The package came with hot spring tickets — the experience was great, especially the outdoor hot springs, which were much better than the indoor ones.

Hotel is located at the top of Ciqikou hilly and scenic terrain, allowing peaceful and deep sleep, with much peace and quiet for relaxation. Convenient location for relaxing stroll, enjoying the lively sight and sound around the Ciqikou vicinity, also with many eateries and restaurants for yummy meals and snacks.
