"The hotel was really spacious and glamorous. Hotel room was also very impressive. Would have been great if we also had a small refrigerator (as advertised on trip.com). Nonetheless, everything else was awesome and we had such an enjoyable stay."
"Smooth WeChat check-in/out, and the room was spotless—cleaning exceeded expectations. Only downside: the toilet lacked a strong heater, making it chilly. Great stay overall, but better heating would make it perfect!"
"The room is spacious and has a great view. It gives you a grand feeling as soon as you enter the door. It is also very clean, with good attention to detail. The bed is not too soft, and the surroundings are very quiet. It is very suitable for those who travel frequently and have trouble sleeping. It is very comfortable. I have to mention the service at the front desk. They are very enthusiastic. They greeted me as soon as I entered the door and responded quickly. Xiao Cao at the front desk answered questions very patiently. It felt very warm and the experience was very good. The location is also easy to find, and places to eat are not far away. It's a treasure. I really feel like I was recommended after staying there once. I love it so much."
"Good breakfastbuffet last day they offered bones with meatrrmain, before bonless meat pommes frites frief noodles cake jam bread eggs fried boiled or as omelette salat fruit coffee or tea fruitjuice"
"Xingyu Hotel Apartment (Suning Zijin Jiayue Branch) has a very good interior environment. The lobby is bright, and the rooms are spacious and clean. My room had a great view and excellent natural light. The decor is simple and stylish, and the furniture and appliances are all new, especially the bedding, which was very comfortable. The soundproofing is also good, ensuring a quiet night and a good night's sleep. Importantly, this apartment is safe for pets."
"At the beginning of this trip, I experienced an unexpected transportation accident— my ankle was fractured from a sprain. Before I could even check in to the hotel, I contacted the front desk in an emergency. To my surprise, the care I received afterwards moved me deeply. The front desk manager, Candy, and the hotel driver, Mr. Ling, first confirmed my location, then drove to pick me up and brought me to the hotel. They had already prepared iodine swabs, a wheelchair, and ice packs ready. They assisted me with check-in and accompanied me to my room. Later, Candy kept checking in on me through WeChat to stay in touch and repeatedly assured me that the front desk would continue providing ice packs and any necessary assistance—such as lending the wheelchair for moving around the office area or helping me with stairs. The hotel truly puts their guests at the heart of everything, making the entire stay extremely warm and comforting. Candy is not only kind-hearted but also exceptionally thoughtful, while Mr. Ling was both enthusiastic and attentive. Their care made me feel incredibly supported during an unexpected and painful situation. I’m truly grateful. During my stay, I also had the chance to dine at Zijin Xuan—the service was top-notch and the food was highly impressive. The room and bedding were absolutely comfortable. I would 100% recommend staying here!"
"The room is very exquisite. We booked a room without windows. It is suitable for family with children to stay and go out. The front desk service attitude is very good. They also helped to refrigerate the belongings so that I could take them when I left the next day."
"The hotel is easy to find, convenient for parking, and the breakfast is great! There are places to eat a few hundred meters to the right, and the Xianhemen subway station is just over there. The staff is warm and considerate! I often stay here when I'm on a business trip!"

GGuest UserAmazing hotel. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating! They upgraded us into a larger room as they felt the one we booked would be a bit too small for a family of four. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable (firm beds which we love) and the bathroom was modern. The location is perfect: very quiet but close to busy areas. The hotel staff even helped us by doing laundry for us multiple times during our stay. The owner gave us multiple teas to bring home, which were all delicious. Our girls loved the dog in the lobby too. I would love to stay at this hotel again if I return back to Nanjing. We stayed at hotels in Beijing, Shenyang and Dalian and this hotel was much nicer than all of those hotels! Note: my wife is Chinese, so that definitely helped with communication, but I feel the staff would have made us feel comfortable even if we only spoke English.
OOriole hyThe hotel is located in the vicinity of Nanjing Agricultural University. The environment is good, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, the transportation is convenient, the facilities are better than many chain four-star hotels, and the breakfast is rich
GGuest UserI booked a suite for 2 nights at the Courtyard by Marriott the night before I came from Xi'an because I wanted to visit Niushoushan, Jinling Xiaocheng, and other tourist spots nearby. The location of the Courtyard is actually not bad; it's right beside the Hedingqiao metro station, and many food booths and convenience stores are just downstairs. You can buy takeaway at any time. The reception staff is nice and helpful and can speak very good English, no doubt. The worst was the concierge. One of the concierge staff has been playing on his cellphone every single moment. I took Didi or the metro at least 4 or 5 times every day. Every time I pass through the entrance, he is playing on his phone. The most frustrating part was when I ordered takeaway through the app. The delivery man said he placed it on the concierge cart right next to that guy, but someone took my package, and he didn't notice. YEAH, How could he possibly know if he was preoccupied with his phone ?!

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe hotel was nice, thought what stood out for me undoubtedly is the service. The staff made sure to answer any questions and accommodate whatever request they could. In fact, after arriving, I realized I’d forgotten my cellphone charger. After inquiring with the front desk about potential battery packs in the hotel, they supplied a charger free of No charge. Upon check in, my room had also been upgraded. And after having done charges with getting hot water, the hotel staff not only resolved the problem, but insisted I take advantage of late checkout to ensure my rest wasn’t compromised. I will absolutely recommend and return. Thank you so much
GGuest UserThis hostel was an amazing experience! The location is super convenient, it's clean and doesn't have any strange smells. The bedding is changed for each guest, and the beds have privacy curtains and charging ports, offering great privacy. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, they even stored my luggage for free and patiently gave me recommendations for local food. The common areas are large and cozy, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It's incredibly good value for money, perfect for solo travelers. I'll definitely come back again, highly recommended!
GGuest UserExcellent location. Our rooms were on 20/F which had a full glass window wall that provided a panaramic view of the city. The room was clean and has a good selection of pillows. Staff at the front desk were very helpful too. Great value for money. Will be happy to stay sgsin when ii visit Nanjing
GGuest UserIt was a great place to spend a 2 days , we had a opportunity to swim and play with goats also there's some small cruises, it's very good spot
