The postcards are also very pretty. They offer late check-out service and provide beautiful maps of scenic spots, which is excellent! The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich, with a wide variety of fruits. I suggest adding a ramp for luggage next to the stairs at the entrance, as my suitcase was quite heavy when I checked in, but a handsome bellboy helped me with it! The hotel is quite close to Confucius Temple, and there are many dining and shopping options nearby.

This hotel, a blind pick for my trip to Nanjing, truly exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it super easy to get to Xinjiekou and Fuzimiao without any transfers. All those steps I took daily were made bearable by this excellent transport link. Secondly, there are so many local eateries around, offering a real taste of the city. When I was too tired to go out at night, I just ordered duck blood vermicelli soup delivery straight to my room – so satisfying and restorative! Lastly, I have to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. Seeing us with a ton of luggage, they proactively helped us carry it and even provided a detailed, hand-drawn map of the local area. We had a very comfortable stay.
